Since the beginning of the 21 st century,the concept of sustainable development has become the consensus of global development.Industry is the core of a country and region's development,and the prosperity of industry is related to the fate of development.Since the reform and opening up,China's economy has developed rapidly.Looking at China's development process,we can find that China's economic development quality and development speed are seriously unbalanced.On the one hand,the backwardness of industrial development means that the quality of products cannot meet the increasingly diversified consumer demand of the Chinese people.On the other hand,the industrial production technology is backward,the resource utilization efficiency is low,and the ecological environment is seriously damaged.Green,innovative,and supply-side structural reforms have shifted China's rapid economic growth to a macro-strategy of high-quality growth.Exploring the development path of industrial greening in the new era has important practical significance for realizing the high-quality growth of China's economy and alleviating the contradiction between people and land.Shandong Province,which is similar to China's development process,is a coastal economic province,a large industrial province,and a large population province.It is in the critical period of the transformation of old and new kinetic energy,and is a typical area for industrial green research.From the perspective of geography,the study combines traditional location theory with industry-related theories,and combines literature analysis with empirical analysis,comprehensive comparison and deductive induction to assess the level of industrial greening in Shandong Province and explore its impact on green.The level of driving mechanism,and propose optimization paths and countermeasures.The paper can be divided into the following parts:The first part: a review of literature at home and abroad.To sort out the research on industrial greening at home and abroad,and to study the research history and research status of green industry definition,industrial ecology and industrial ecologicalization path,industrial greenization connotation,green industrial systemconstruction and path optimization;The second part: basic connotation and theoretical basis.The study believes that the basic connotation of industrial greening should be the greening of the entire industrial chain,that is,from raw material processing-product output-market circulation,which is reflected in the efficient use of resources,the application of green production technology,the production process and the ecological environment.Coordination,coordinated development of three industries;The third part: the assessment of industrial greening.From the two dimensions of time and space,the city and county perspectives analyze and evaluate the industrial green level of Shandong Province in the past ten years;The fourth part: analysis of the driving mechanism of industrial greening.From the three main bodies of government,enterprises and citizens,we will explore the driving mechanism between market efficiency,technological innovation,government regulation,regional strategy and ecological awareness.The fifth part: optimization path and countermeasures suggestion: scientifically propose the optimization path of coordinated development between three industries and industries in each region,and propose green industrialization from several major aspects such as related systems,strategic policies,technological innovation,and business environment.Through research,the following conclusions are formed:(1)In terms of the characteristics of industrial greening time series,in 2007-2016,in addition to coordinated industrial development,the greening levels of the other three subsystem industries showed a steady upward trend,and the greening of the primary industry and the greening level of the secondary industry were generally At the same level of development,since 2013,the level of greening of the tertiary industry has rapidly begun to exceed the level of coordinated industrial development.Compared with other major coastal economic provinces in China,the level of industrial greening in Shandong Province is much lower than that in Guangdong,Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces.The level of coordinated industrial development is higher than that of the other three provinces.The low multi-crop index of crops affected by climatic conditions,the low labor productivity of the secondary industry,the high energy consumption per unit of industrial added value and the level of pollutant discharge,and the low labor productivity of the tertiary industry are the main factors affecting the gap between the other three provinces.In addition to the above-mentioned influencing factors,the uncoordinated development of the greeningof the four subsystems is the most important obstacle to restrict the industrial greening of Shandong Province.(2)From the perspective of the city,the level of industrial greening is spatially presented,showing the dual core of Qingdao and Jinan,and the spatial pattern gradually decreasing from the eastern coastal to the western inland.The low-level agglomeration area is transferred from northwestern Shandong to southwestern Shandong.Among the four subsystems,the spatial evolution pattern of the first industry's green space is led by the multi-polarity of the Yellow River Delta eco-efficient economic zone,Weihai,Rizhao and other sub-coastal areas to the unipolar trend of the Yellow River Delta ecologically efficient economic zone.The greening of the secondary industry presents the oblique H-space pattern with Jinan and Qingdao as the core,east-west and north-south development.The greening of the tertiary industry gradually formed a dual-core circle pattern with Jinan as the core and Qingdao as the core.However,with Jinan as the core,the radiation intensity to the east side is much larger than the west side..The high-level cluster of industrial coordinated development has evolved from the eastern coast to the Lunan area.(3)From the perspective of county level,the level of industrial greening is irregularly distributed in space,and the number of districts and counties in the level of comprehensive industrial greening presents a pyramid structure.The Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Zone has the highest level of comprehensive industrial development,followed by the Yellow Triangle High-Efficiency Ecological Economic Zone,and the Lunan Economic Belt has the lowest level of coordinated industrial development.The industrial greening in space shows obvious agglomeration effect.The low-level areas are mainly concentrated in the Lunan area.The high-level areas are mainly concentrated in the Yellow River Delta and Ludong coastal areas.The Luzhong area has not yet shown agglomeration effect,and the industrial greening has been analyzed.The horizontal agglomeration characteristics indicate that the southwestern part of Shandong is subject to technical conditions,economic development foundation,and information connectivity infrastructure,and has become a major obstacle to the circulation of green elements between regions,and the nuclear spillovers within the Yellow Triangle and Ludong regions.The effect is obvious and the regional industry is closely linked.(4)Differences in natural climatic conditions,resource endowments,regional industrial development levels caused by industrial transfer,regional differences in industrial greening awareness,regional development strategies,policies and systems,and export-oriented economic differences are regional differences in industrial greening in Shandong Province Important influencing factors.The three main bodies of government,enterprises and citizens jointly drive the greening of the industry through the interconnection of market benefits,technological innovation,government regulation,regional strategy and ecological awareness.(5)Suggest different development paths for the greening of different industries in different regions.Suggest the following measures for industrial greening in the following ways: Adhere to scientific and technological innovation;deepen the reform of rural land management financial system;improve the paid use of natural resources Institutions;fully leverage the advantages of regional development strategy and policy;increase the intensity of cultivating large and medium-sized environmental protection enterprises;advocate green ecological concepts to create a convenient and efficient enterprise production environment.From the analysis of the connotation of industrial greening to the evaluation of industrial greening to the exploration of the driving mechanism and the optimization path,the research has achieved the following innovations:(1)Theoretical innovation.The realization of the integration and innovation of geography location theory and traditional industry theory,comprehensive consideration of the industry from the factor input-production process-the whole process of product circulation green,in the theory of the construction of the index system has a certain degree of innovation;(2)Practice and innovation.First of all,it reflects the selection of the study area,which has strong demonstration and universality.Secondly,from the perspective of geography time and space,it explores the timing change of the industrial green level from two different research units: city and county.Characteristics and characteristics of evolution in space,and explore whether the level of industrial greening has a certain degree of relevance in space,and has certain innovation in practice;(3)Method innovation.The projection pursuit evaluation model is used to solve the shortcomings of traditional mathematical statistical models.
