If the center of the world's grains is in China,then the center of China's grains is known as the "small grains kingdom" of shanxi.Small coarse grains have the characteristics of short growth period,small planting area.This paper small grains grow condition in Shanxi Province in north-central area as the research object,the integrated use of learning theory knowledge,through literature analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis and experience summary method,this paper expounded the status of small grains grown in north-central area,Shanxi Province,analysis is pointed out that the problem of small grains,planting,analysis the main factors of these problems,such as natural endowments,social factors and the external environment,based on these studies,the author put forward ascension in north-central region small grains production level of self-sufficiency,develop modern agriculture,the implementation of the perfect related policies,promote the development of small coarse cereals industrialization,improve the quality of small grains,security system and so on,In order to provide a useful reference for the development of small grain industry in Shanxi Province.This research through the small grains production process in the north of Shanxi Province in north-central way planting varieties,planting,harvesting,pesticide,fertilizer and other agricultural inputs and operation usage such as investigation,through the investigation,it is clear that the types and distribution of the coarse grains in Shanxi Province gradually decrease from north to south,and the bulk grain crops such as corn gradually increase.The amount of fertilizer increased gradually from north to south,and the application of organic fertilizer decreased gradually.The planting structure is becoming increasingly simple and the agricultural production is unstable.Based on this,the countermeasures and Suggestions for the development of coarse grain crops and the improvement of planting efficiency in ShanxiProvince were put forward.The results of investigation and analysis have certain guiding effect on improving the planting structure and increasing the planting benefit in the coarse grain area.analyze the present situation of small grains grown in north-central area to find out the main factors,mainly small grains production process to explore the effective management measures,small grains production to promote the north-central region small grains production,promote innocuity small grains product quality,safeguard consumer safety,strengthen the market competitiveness of small grains of north-central region,provide some useful reference to realize agriculture and increase farmers' income.
