Operation management has always been the focus of academia. However, most traditional studies are based on the assumption that decision makers are completely rational Then, due to the complexity and uncertainty of reality, people tend to be bounded rationally, specifically to avoid risks and pay attention to fairness. And many behavioral experiments or empirical studies prove the existence of these behavioral tendencies and find that the reality of the decision-making is often different from the traditional conclusions. In addition,Daniel Kahneman and Vernon L.Smith received the Nobel Prize for Economics for their outstanding contributions to the psychology of judgment and decision-making,behavioral economics, etc It also shows that behavioral decision-making theory begins to challenge the traditional theory constantly and is widely used in economics and occupies an important position.Commercial credit is a type of credit that is paid by deferred payment or advance payment when transactions are conducted between enterprises. In pract:ice, there are mainly two forms of commercial credit, one is deferred payment and the other is advance payment Deferred payment, which means that the seller allows the buyer to pay for the previous transaction for some time after the completion, which is of great significance to the decision-making of the enterprise and more closely matches the seller's market existing in the real product transaction, gets great attention.the advance payment means a commercial credit that the buyer needs to pay for part or all of the transactions before the seller delivers the goods or services,ie,a commercial credit provided by the buyer to the seller, which avoids any production or service problems caused by the seller due to funding problems. In addition, asymmetric information among supply chain members also affects the business decisions of the supply chain.Based on the above, this dissertation introduces reciprocity preference, prepayment in advance and asymmetry of supplier cost information into service supply chain, and studies the following questions:(1)What is the decision of supply chain members a:fter introducing preference?(2)How does the supplier cost information impact on supply chain operations?(3)How does the commercial credit provided by the integrator to the supplier affect the supply chain? Moreover, instead of experimenting with new extensions, this paper extends the existing model by applying k:nown social preferences, commercial credit, etc.to the service supply chain. On the one hand, considering the supply chain operation with no pre-payment under the preference of reciprocity, the two-level supply chain model based on the single-supplier and single-integrator led by the integrator is used to study the influence of reciprocity preference coefficient on the decision-making,profit and utility of supply chain enterprises,at the same time, compared with symmetrical and asymmetric supply chain, the value of supplier cost information is discussedOn the other hand, considering the reciprocity preference, the integrators supply the suppliers with prepayment.Based on the game player-dominated Starkberg game model, this paper studies the reciprocity preference of the members of the supply chain, the commercial credit provided by the integrators, and Impact of supplier cost information on supply chain operations. The study found that, regardless of whether the integrators provide commercial credit to suppliers, there is a mutually beneficial cooperation area where supply chain members have reciprocal preferences, and the supply chain members will maintain stable cooperation in this area relationship. In this cooperative region, the symmetry of supplier cost information does not affect the influence of mutual preference on the supply chain operation. That is,the reciprocity preference of integrators has a positive impact on the quality of service, profit and utility of suppliers and the bidding of integrator's logistics service and the commercial credit period are all positive. And the reciprocity of supplier's preference has a negative impact on the bidding of integrator's logistics service and the commercial credit provided by integrator, and the positive relationship between profit and utility has a negati've impact on the quality of services, profits and utility of suppliers. In other words, the reciprocal preferences of the members of the supply chain help to improve each other's earningsMoreover,in the absence of prepayments, integrators' bids for logistics services are higher under asymmetric information and the quality of service and utility of suppliers are higher under asymmetric information;in the case of advances,Commercial credit is longer under asymmetric information, and its profit and utility are smaller under asymmetric information. However, the quality of service, profit and utility of suppliers are greater under information asymmetry than information symmetry, which shows that in information Asymmetric, integrators to ensure that the quality of service providers and thus improve the market demand,it will take the initiative to raise the service bid or raise the credit period,it will increase the supplier's revenue and reduce their own income, which is asymmetric information on the information Owner's valueIn addition, the paper also explores the effect of the mean value of the supplier's cost coefficient on the supply chain in the information asymmetry and information asymmetry, that is,the impact on the value of asymmetric information of suppliers. It is found that the mean value of the supplier's cost information has a positive effect on the profit differential among supply chain members. That is,the greater the cost information disclosed to the integrator by the supplier, the greater the value of the supplier's cost information to the supplier.
