Investigation And Analysis On Quality Status Of Bulk Liquor In Dianjiang County

In recent years,the quality and security problems of bulk liquor have become increasingly outstanding,which causes huge economic losses to the liquor industry and poses a major threat to customers' health.Dianjiang county has a long history in liquor culture.There are many small workshops,most of them are simple with old equipments and backward technologies.At present,although the quality and security problems of liquor are stabilizing positive,the situation of that is not optimistic,and there are a lot of problems need to be solved.It analyzes in this paper;the development status of the liquor industry in Dianjiang county and compares the qualities of liquor through investigation and research,and puts forward general control measures and suggestions,which is conducive to promote the healthy development of liquor industry in Dianjiang county.The result shows that the quality of liquor produced by some small workshops is not up to the standard.The unqualified physical and chemical indicators mainly include total acids,total esters,solids content,etc.The unqualified safety indicators mainly include methanol,cyclamate,sodium saccharin,plasticizer,heavy metals and etc.For the problems detected,it argues in this paper that it should carry out from two aspects:the government and the subject of responsibility.Government departments should strengthen production permits,strengthen supervision and inspection,crack down on illegal behaviors,carry out supervision of sampling inspection and risk monitoring.Production subjects shall abide by the national laws and regulations,and not use non-food raw materials to produce liquor,effectively control of the pollution of plasticizer in liquor,forbid the use of food additives beyond the scope and limit,strengthen the ex-factory inspection of liquor,and strictly regulate the liquor labels.
