| Food safety has always been an important social problem in China,consumers in the food market and edible oil production enterprises are basically due to the information asymmetry phenomenon,consumers in terms of access to food quality and safety are basically out of disadvantage,and oil companies but also because of the lack of in-depth understanding of the consumption of edible oil market.The supply and demand sides has been the existence state of supply and demand is not reasonable.High quality edible oil producers must accurately grasp the consumers’ demand for edible oil,and provide them with the most perfect edible oil products for target consumers,which reflects the difference and orientation of edible oil products.But in recent years,China’s edible oil frequent safety accidents,brought great distress to the consumer,many brands of edible oil and edible oil type is also to the consumer purchase decision has many problems,this situation makes the consumers in the purchase of edible oil selection is relatively narrow,and oil companies but also because they can not accurately understand consumers edible oil demand,it is difficult to obtain consumer preferences for edible oil demand,unreasonable situation in our country and using the allocation of resources,often lack of supervision and dislocation,reduce the oil supply efficiency of the society,so the study of the influence factors of consumer demand for edible oil for China’s development of edible oil industry and to provide consumers with health has very important function and application value of edible oil life.For the current academic research shows a variety of edible oil,edible oil in the research on consumer preference,a research on transgenic edible oil,but also the consumers how to study the choice of edible oil,this paper studies the influencing factors to the consumer demand of edible oil as the research object,the use of behavioral economics consumer decision-making theory and other related theories of economics,research literatures on cooking oil reference at home and abroad,questionnaire and data analysis facilities,the establishment of Heckman model and logit model analysis,the consumption of two yuan purchase motivation analysis,analysis of present situation and analysis of the trust four dimensions of research results from the cognition of consumers want to be able to provide the reference oil enterprises in edible oil production and circulation for China’s consumption.Finally,the research conclusion and the current consumer demand for edible oil,put forward to promote consumer demand that organic edible oil edible oil enterprises should pay attention to enhance brand reputation,strengthen the channels of circulation,edible oil business development strategy,establish differentiated developing market economy in order to enhance the ability of consumers to buy food recommendations oil,hope to be able to promote the healthy development of China’s edible oil industry. |
