Study On Financial Support Strategies For The Revitalization And Development Of Zhoushan Fishing Village

In October 2017,the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the strategy of rural rejuvenation in an all-round way on the basis of the requirements of rural development in the new era and the achievements of building a new socialist countryside.Among them,finance is regarded as an important guarantee factor for the implementation of Rural Revitalization strategy.Zhoushan City,Zhejiang Province,is the only prefecture-level city in China composed of islands.The Rural Revitalization and development in Zhoushan is mainly manifested in the revitalization and development of fishing and rural areas.Finance should also play a greater role in it.This paper focuses on the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the strategy of financial support for Rural Revitalization and development.Firstly,through the method of investigation and research,this paper studies the supply and demand of rural financial services.By visiting the financial institutions and financial supervision departments in Zhoushan City,the current situation and existing problems of financial supply were sorted out,and by visiting the local fisheries and Agriculture Commission and other government departments,the direction and objectives of the revitalization and development of Zhoushan fishery and rural areas were understood,and then the possible demand for financial support was analyzed.Secondly,this paper combines qualitative analysis with quantitative analysis to analyze the relationship between financial support and the revitalization and development of fishery and rural areas,and then proves that strengthening financial support is helpful to promote the revitalization and development of fishery and rural areas.Thirdly,through the combination of universality and particularity analysis,this paper grasps the universal significance of financial support for rural revitalization through literature research and theoretical analysis,and also analyses the characteristics of financial support and fishing Rural Revitalization and development in Zhoushan.Specific research contents are as follows:Through literature research,this paper combs the theory of rural financial development,analyses the relationship between rural finance and rural development,and reviews the practical experience of foreign countries combined with existing literature,which provides a theoretical basis for further promoting the development of rural financial services.Chapter three of this paper analyses the current situation of financial support for the revitalization and development of Zhoushan fishery countryside.Chapter four empirically analyses the role of financial support in the development of Zhoushan fishery countryside by means of multiple regression and VAR model.It also discusses that the development of rural finance can help promote the better development of fishery countryside.Chapter five analyses the corresponding characteristics of financial demand around the direction of the development of Zhoushan fishery countryside,reveals the existing problems of financial supply around the current situation of the development of Zhoushan fishery countryside finance,and explains two mature modes of increasing the financial supply of fishery countryside in Zhejiang Province.On the basis of the above analysis,Chapter VI of this paper puts forward some specific strategies from the supply side,such as increasing financial resources investment,optimizing policy security system,upgrading the level of financial services in key areas of fishery and rural revitalization,highlighting innovation and inclusive development,to enhance the financial security capacity for the revitalization and development of fishery and rural areas in Zhoushan,in order to promote the revitalization and development of fishery and rural areas.
