With the acceleration of China's urbanization,urban population surges,accompanied by the increasingly serious phenomenon of "garbage siege".As a result,enterprises that can effectively deal with garbage are developing in line with the trend.And the waste incineration power generation industry enterprises can not only efficiently dispose of garbage,but also waste utilization to generate electricity,its practice of economic and environmental protection,so the development prospects are broad.And by the national government's attention,in recent years with the promulgation of a series of preferential policies to develop rapidly.However,enterprises also face risks while developing.At present,China is in the period of economic transition,the economy from high-speed development to high-speed development,from the previous rough growth into the pursuit of high-quality,efficient growth.In this context,enterprises in the market environment are likely to face some impact and fluctuations in economic growth.If an enterprise wants to maintain rapid economic growth or stable economic growth,it is bound to follow the trend of the times.At the same time of development,it should carefully deal with risk problems and implement risk identification,risk evaluation and risk control procedures.Based on this,this paper selected a representative enterprise in the waste incineration power generation industry--A environmental power generation co.,LTD.Analyze and control the financial risk.The significance of the research is to help enterprise managers to effectively control risks,timely adjust the market strategic guidelines,ensure the sustainable development of enterprises,and provide some reference for other peer enterprises.On the basis of collecting a large number of data,this paper use literature research and case analysis method to construct the hierarchical analysis model to identify,evaluate and control the financial risk of A environmental power generation co.,LTD.,and finally draws the research conclusion.To be specific,the research background and significance are briefly described,and the research on financial risk connotation,financial risk evaluation and control at home and abroad are summarized.Secondly,it introduces the financial risk overview,financial risk evaluation method and financial risk control theory.Take A environmental protection power generation co.,LTD as an example again.According to the financial data of the company from 2014 to 2017,the size of its financial risk is analyzed from five aspects including financing activities,investment activities,operating activities,capital recovery and operating growth status,and the internal and external causes of its risk formation are discussed.Based on this,the analytic hierarchy process is used to construct the financial risk evaluation system,and the financial risk faced by A environmental power generation co.,ltd.is comprehensively evaluated.Based on the identified financial risks,this paper proposes targeted financial risk control measures for the five aspects of A environmental power generation co.,LTD.'s debt paying ability,profitability,operating ability,capital recovery and development ability.Finally,the research conclusion is drawn and the research prospect of this paper is carried out.It is expected that the financial risk analysis and control research of A environmental power generation co.,ltd.can bring certain reference significance to the financial risk control of similar enterprise groups.
