Since the rapid development of modern agriculture in China,the output of agricultural products and the efficiency of agricultural production have been greatly improved.At the same time,pesticide is often used in large-scale agriculture,and the reality of chemical fertilizer industry also frequently exposes some disadvantages of modern agriculture.On the one hand,it leads to serious environmental non-point source pollution,such as surface and groundwater pollution from the source of agricultural production,soil consolidation and acidizing,atmospheric suspension of toxic chemicals and so on;On the other hand,food safety hazards,such as food pesticide residues,heavy metals exceeding the standard,genetically modified,"toxic milk powder"and,lean meat essence"and other food scandals threaten people's food health and trust in food safety.With the agricultural products With the current trend of product consumption transformation and upgrading,safe organic agricultural products have been paid more and more attention by urban residents.Some citizens directly sign purchase orders with farmers who produce organic agricultural products,while others sublease the idle land in the hands of farmers to ploughing their own land to ensure that they eat safe food from pastoral to dining table.It is in this practical context that community support agriculture comes into being.Community support Agriculture(Community Support Agriculture,(CSA)refers to the establishment of a kind of benefit sharing and risk sharing between agricultural producers and urban consumers.CSA is a kind of modern urban agriculture with the demand of urban life as the main business direction.While providing organic agricultural products to the public,it also develops the leisure agricultural function of both experience,sightseeing and tourism.This paper focuses on the research of community-supported agriculture,and redefines the conceptual system and business model of community-supported agriculture through literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis,comparative analysis,qualitative and quantitative research methods.Through the comparative analysis of CSA cases in Kunming City,the main types and development characteristics of community support agriculture in Kunming are summarized.The macroscopic level combines agricultural product value chain theory,urban agriculture theory and consumer behavior theory with field research data to study the environment supported by Kunming community support agriculture.Advantageous conditions and existing problems;micro level to obtain data from the perspective of consumers through questionnaires to study the willingness,demand and mode preference of potential consumers in Kunming to participate in CSA;from the perspective of producers and operators,Beijing "shared harvest CSA" In typical cases,the study of its mature operating rules and development strategies has inspired the production and operation of CSA in Kunming.The above is to systematically expound and demonstrate the optimization of the cultivation body and business model of community-supported agriculture in Kunming,in order to provide theoretical supplements for the deepening of the diversity function of modern agriculture in Kunming plateau characteristic cities and the support of localization of agriculture.Practice for reference.
