With the continuous changes and development of the global economy,international culture has also been integrated and expanded,leading to the close relationship between international culture and the international economy,and the formation of economic and cultural integration.In order to encourage enterprises to "go out" and find new markets and new development opportunities,President Xi proposed the "Belt and Road",of which Vietnam is also one of the important international countries.In recent years,the number of Chinese-funded enterprises that have established factories in Vietnam has increased,and investment in various industries has become one of the countries with the most investment projects and funds in Vietnam.The senior management and supervisors of Chinese-funded enterprises are all Chinese,accounting for 30% of the total number of employees.70% of the employees are Vietnamese.In this way,in the daily work management exchange,there will be cross-cultural management communication barriers between managers and employees,thus guiding the work efficiency of enterprises and the cohesiveness of enterprises.These problems are common in cross-cultural environments of multinational corporations,but they are ignored and do not completely solve the problems that lead to bad.This paper investigates the cross-cultural management exchanges between Vietnamese and Chinese companies based on the literature and theory of cross-cultural management communication in Vietnamese enterprise research.First,study the literature review of cross-cultural management communication and deeply understand the research results at home and abroad.Secondly,according to the theory and actual situation of China and Vietnam,the questionnaire is aimed at investigating Chinese managers and Vietnamese employees of Vietnamese companies.Through the analysis of the questionnaire,we can find out the problems existing in Chinese-funded enterprises and summarize the causes of the obstacles.Finally,some suggestions and countermeasures are proposed for each issue.The research results and suggestions put forward in this paper are not only to solve the communication efficiency of cross-cultural management communication in Vietnamese-Chinese enterprises,but also to provide more feasible and more operational for Vietnamese enterprises in transnational operations in the future.Suggestions for the reference value.
