Research On Important Factors Affecting Customer Satisfaction In The Gene Sequencing Industry

Gene sequencing technology was born in the 1970s.After 40 years of rapid development,sequencing technology has been greatly improved,and sequencing costs have been continuously reduced.In recent years,gene sequencing has been widely used in the world,and the genetic sequencing market in China has also grown rapidly.At the same time,the country's economic development and favorable policies have brought a broader space for the development of the genetic sequencing industry.However,the homogeneity of gene testing products is serious,the competition in gene sequencing industry is fierce,the development of gene sequencing enterprises is uneven,and the industry falls into over-marketing,which not only damages the interests of enterprises themselves,but also damages the interests of customers,and has a serious adverse impact on the development of the industry.In order to understand the development status of gene sequencing,we use the macro environment analysis model and Porter's five forces analysis model to analyze the external environment of gene sequencing.At the same time,from the perspective of customer satisfaction,we use the genetic sequencing service audience as the research object,and use the questionnaire survey to study customer satisfaction.Focus on the gene sequencing industry,we designed a total of 17 indicators for pre-sales service,sales service,and after-sales service to measure customer satisfaction.According to the analysis of the external environment,the gene sequencing industry has a huge market scale and favorable policies.It has many application opportunities in the fields of disease,medical care and health,but it also faces challenges such as barriers to sequencing platforms and imperfect databases.In addition,the survey results show that the overall satisfaction of the gene sequencing industry is low,and the important factors affecting satisfaction include the public praise and popularity of service companies,the legibility and easy understanding of gene sequencing results,and after-sales professional training services.With the development of the gene sequencing industry,customer satisfaction will receive more attention,and the industry satisfaction survey system and theory will continue to be improved.We have proposed four areas of improvement,including improving the quality of sequencing service results,improving the company's professional capabilities and improving the knowledge database,optimizing the service cycle and price system,and improving the quality of after-sales service.We hope to improve customer satisfaction and promote long-term stability of the gene sequencing industry.The development of genetic sequencing technology will better serve all relevant fields in the future.
