With the rapid development of Internet technology,the number of tourists using intelligent terminals is increasing.Tourism APP quickly opens up the tourism market by virtue of convenient and fast mobile Internet client.In the highly competitive tourism APP market,understanding the needs of tourists and improving the user utilization rate are the only way to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises.Therefore,exploring the characteristics of tourism APP and developing corresponding products and services have attracted the common attention of the business community and the academic community.At present,the research on tourism apps in China mainly focuses on their technical functions or user experience,and there are few systematic studies on the unique characteristics of tourism apps.This study divides the characteristics of tourism APP into individual characteristics,technical characteristics and social characteristics,and examines the influence of different characteristics on the use intention of tourists.Through online and offline questionnaire survey,339 valid questionnaires were collected.SPSS22.0 software was used for reliability and validity analysis.The following conclusions were drawn through hypothesis testing.The personal characteristics of travel apps have a significant positive impact on users’ willingness to use them.The technical characteristics of tourism APP have a significant positive impact on users’ willingness to use.The social characteristics of travel apps have a significant positive impact on users’ willingness to use them.Based on the above research conclusions,this paper puts forward the following Suggestions.From the perspective of personal characteristics,users’ familiarity with travel apps will be enhanced,learning costs will be reduced,and users’ operation and emotional experience will be improved.From the perspective of technical characteristics,the authenticity and professionalism of tourism APP information are guaranteed,and the source of tourism APP information is broadened to ensure the service quality of all links.Based on the social characteristics,establish a unique brand image,take more social responsibility,strengthen their own brand building,establish a good reputation. |
