In recent years,due to the influx of a large number of new food processing industry companies into the market,the increasing cost of human resources,the increasing pressure of national environmental protection,the lack of technological innovation and the intensification of global competition and other factors,the development of traditional food processing enterprises is facing enormous challenges,relying on cheap labor,raw materials and extensive operations of the traditional enterprise development form has been unable to adapt to the present.Competitive environment,the traditional food processing industry shuffling situation has been inevitable.In this case,the enterprise must proceed from the long-term and overall interests,in-depth analysis of'the internal and external resource environment of the enterprise,so that the enterprise can scientifically adjust its competitive strategy in the complex economic situation.This paper takes HR Food Co.,Ltd.,a traditional food processing enterprise,as an example,through SWOT analysis,to find a strategy for the company to maintain healthy development in the severe economic situation and increasingly fierce industry competition environment,to find a clear direction for future development and to develop new momentum.Based on strategic management theory,sustainable development theory and competition-related strategic theory,this paper uses PEST and SWOT to analyze the internal and external environment of HR company in an all-round way,and analyses not only the superiority and Inferiority of HR company,but also the chances and challenges it faces,respectively,through case studies,empirical studies and literature analysis.In this way,the core advantages of HR company are determined.In this paper,the internal and external environment of HR company is analyzed,and then through SWOT analysis,HR company is dissected in all aspects.At the same time,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of HR company's mission and vision,the feasibility of three basic strategies is studied separately,and the total cost leading strategy is selected.Six safeguard measures are determined:one is to promote the construction of enterprise culture,the other is to optimize the organizational structure of enterprises,the third is to strengthen the implementation of enterprise system,the fourth is to strengthen human resources managemen,the fifith is to improvinge enterprise financial management,and the sixth is to enhance marketingThis paper hopes that through a typical traditional food processing enterprise,HR Food Co.,Ltd.,which mainly exports foreign trade,combined with the current domestic and international political,economic,cultural situation and the internal and external environment of the new era,such as management,finance,culture,etc.,it will not only make a comprehensive study of HR company's competitive strategy,but also hope that this research and analysis can be similar to this enterprise.Experience of other traditional food processing enterprises to provide reference.
