| As an intermediary for fostering enterprises and promoting the development of innovative technologies,incubators are receiving more and more attention from community.Driven by the upsurge of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation",the demand for incubator business is becoming more and more urgent,and more private capital is involved in the incubator industry in recent years.Private incubators have the flexibility of operation and decision-making theoretically,and they are keenly aware of changes in demand and always rapidly provide incubation services for entrepreneurs.However,due to the infancy of private incubators,less policy supporting and operational models having yet to be further improved,private incubator did not develop as expected.financing difficulty is a main problem faced by enterprises in incubators.Most of the enterprises in the incubators are technology company and their size are small.These enterprises have the characteristics of large funding needs in research and development in the early stage of their lives,and no fixed assets such as land factories for mortgages.To these enterprises,financing through bank loans is very difficult.For private incubators,how to provide investment and financing services for incubating enterprises is an important issue..This paper selects SK Internet Park as the research object.Basing on the investment and financing situation of Incubator in SK Internet Park,I analyzing the problems existing in investment and financing services of private incubators.Besides,I analyzing the reason private incubator have so many difficult in providing financing services with the pressure of living.This paper takes the industrial agglomeration brought by the specialization of private incubators as the starting point,discussing the optimization of investment and financing services for private incubators basing on the perspective of SME cluster financing.This paper discusses the feasibility and application of the financing of the incubating enterprise from two aspects,one is collective bond,the other is financing leasing,and also analyzes how to achieve the credit enhancement of the incubating enterprise by means of mutually assuring alliance.Finally,based on the perspective of financing channel optimization and talent training,the paper give some suggestion for improving the investment and financing service model of SK Internet Park. |
