As we all know,Human resource is an important strategic resource of modern enterprises,and employee motivation is the first priority of human resource work.Establishing an effective incentive mechanism can make employees maximize their potential,and can better complete the work content,so as to achieve the goal of corporate strategy.Effective incentives can correctly guide work motivation of employees,increase job satisfaction of employees,and improve enthusiasm and creativity of employees for the work itself.Therefore,the rationality and effectiveness of the incentive mechanism is the key factor to determine whether the enterprise can achieve the strategic objectives faster.At the same time,how to retain talents,especially core talents,is the key to modern enterprises in an invincible position in competition.At the same time,it is also a long-term problem plaguing the development of enterprises,almost all of our modern enterprises are facing a difficult problem.Can not retain the core staff,work enthusiasm is hindered,which directly makes employees can not create more value for the enterprise.The key lies in the core staff,the core staff is the benchmark and image of the enterprise.Therefore,it is very important to find scientific management methods and incentive system to retain the core staff for the development of enterprises.This paper takes the core staff motivation of CH architectural design company as the research object.Through explaining the background and significance of the study,combining with the current situation of staff incentive in architectural design industry,this paper summarizes the research contents,ideas,writing framework and main innovation points;secondly,it briefly introduces the current situation of core staff incentive in CH company,from three aspects of material incentive,spiritual incentive and other incentive mechanisms.The incentive measures are elaborated in turn,and the current incentive mechanism is analyzed in depth,introducing the problems and reasons in the staff incentive work;finally,in view of the existing problems in the company's core staff incentive,respectively,from the enterprise salary system,staff career planning,job promotion,360-degree performance.In order to form a new staff incentive mechanism,a series of improvement design countermeasures are put forward in the aspects of assessment,training and further study system.In addition,the article also puts forward a series of safeguard measures to improve the strategy,starting from the allocation of financial resources,organizational security,institutional system,corporate culture and other aspects,to strengthen the construction of enterprises for the core staff incentive security mechanism,arouse the attention of the leadership,attract the active participation of the broad masses of employees,all-round.Enhance the satisfaction of employees,fully motivate employees,so as to achieve the full use of talent,retain the purpose of talent.
