In the new stage of the 21 st century,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council pointed out that excessive domestic demand is needed to promote domestic economic growth,and the hotel industry closely related to the tertiary industry tourism has gradually become one of the fastest growing and most profitable industries.However,in recent years,the rapid growth of the domestic hotel industry,making the industry increasingly fierce competition environment,in order to obtain more customers and interests,high-star hotels take the way of price competition,making profit decline,the hotel industry is facing a new challenge.With the introduction of "Internet +",China's hotel industry is developing more rapidly.Under this background,it is necessary to establish new marketing methods to adapt to the development of The Contemporary Hotel.Jingmen Harbour City hotel is one of the star hotels in Jingmen.In the era of "Internet plus",how Harbour City hotels define the service connotation of enterprises through the study of marketing strategy,analyze the marketing process of services,find out the breakthrough of enterprise development through analysis,and formulate corresponding marketing strategies.It is also necessary to adjust the structure of the enterprise organization to meet the development needs of enterprises,so as to achieve the best allocation of resources and markets,which is precisely missing in the Harbour City Hotel.In view of this,this paper,based on the relevant literature,takes Harbour City hotel in Jingmen as an example to conduct a case study,and conducts a research on the marketing strategy of the hotel industry under the "Internet +" mode.Based on the background and significance of this study,combined with various marketing theories,this paper introduces the marketing environment of Harbour City hotels through PEST analysis and SWOT analysis,and analyzes the current situation of hotel marketing in Harbour City,analyzes the problems existing in its marketing process,and combines the advantages of "Internet +" mode.Specifically,the specific marketing strategy of Harbour City hotel based on the "Internet +" mode is put forward.
