As a pioneer in scale removal industry for more than a decade,Scienco Technology has built its good reputation in this field.But due to increasingly fierce market competition,Scienco's survival and development is facing enormous challenges.Scienco,from marketing perspective,should optimize and improve on various aspects,especially in marketing system.Under this situation,Scienco should fully exploit their own competitive advantages,improve the marketing patterns in line with the modern corporate governance requirements to enhance their core competency,which is of great practical significance for Scienco.Taking Scienco Technology as a case,relating to relevant marketing theory and associating with the current status,the trends,the competition and the market tactics in scale removal and prevention industry,this article,through analyzing the Scienco internal and external environment,PEST model,competitors,SWOT situations and using STP theories and approaches,elaborates the opportunities and existing strengths and weaknesses for Scienco Technology.Furthermore,this article also indicates the necessity and measures for improving marketing tactics by analyzing the detailed tactics in Product,Price,Promotion,Place,Public Relationship,and Political Power etc.six aspects.Through applying acquired theories from MBA courses to actual situations,the author aims to rise up a constructive and meaningful proposal for Scienco Technology,especially in marketing tactics.Hopefully,the author would like to deliver innovative idea and reference case to those companies with similar business to Scienco by this research. |
