Research On The Financing Risk Of X Group's Supply Chain

With the rapid development of the current economic situation and the increasingly strengthened globalization process,the mainstream mode of international industrial organization has changed from the traditional management to the supply chain management mode of core enterprises.Under the operation of supply chain,the core enterprise in production and sales will link the accounts receivable and accounts payable to the bank and other financial institutions,it is not just for the upstream and downstream enterprises in the supply chain provides the financing way,also makes it possible for the core enterprise in the supply chain financing support,business and capital management so as to enhance the overall level of the supply chain.However,in the operation process of supply chain financing,there are many factors such as too many operators and complex operation process,and the dependence between each link is too high,which will make any node in any link of the whole supply chain financing management have problems,which will cause a crisis in the whole supply chain.These characteristics also require enterprises in the supply chain financing process,the treatment of risk must be in-depth systematic research.This paper takes X group as the research object,USES methods such as literature review and case analysis to comprehensively analyze the supply chain financing of X group,analyzes the operation mode of supply chain financing of X group and the internal and external risks,finds out the risks,conducts risk research,and proposes prevention strategies.This paper mainly studies the application of supply chain financing in core enterprises and makes up for the deficiency of existing supply chain financing business.
