Research On The Evaluation Of Farmers' Self-development Ability In Poverty-stricken Areas

Accurate poverty alleviation is an important strategy formulated by the Party Central Committee for the revitalization of the countryside.The key to the precision of poverty alleviation is to cultivate the self-development ability of the poor farmers,which is the transformation of blood transfusion for self hemopoietic poverty alleviation.The practice shows that the sustainable poverty alleviation is the all-round development of the people.Therefore,the cultivation of the self-development ability of the poor farmers is an important part of the theory research on poverty alleviation and the practice of poverty alleviation work in the new period.It is the internal motive force to realize the poverty reduction of the poor and the key link of winning the poverty alleviation.In the strategic framework of poverty alleviation,basing on the concrete reality of the poverty-stricken areas,the relevant research is carried out from the perspective of sustainable development and the evaluation and cultivation of the self-development ability of the poor farmers.seeking more scientific and practical measures for poverty alleviation is not only the proper meaning of precision poverty alleviation,but also the inherent requirements of strengthening and improving the effect of poverty alleviation and solve of phenomenon of poverty return.the relevant research has important practical significance.This paper focuses on the theme of "the cultivation and promotion of the self-development ability of farmers in poor areas",and uses the methods of literature analysis,improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to carry out the research.After a detailed review and brief review of the domestic and foreign research literature on self-development ability of farmers in poor areas,this paper defines the concept and connotation of farmers' self-development ability in poor areas and sets up a set of evaluation index system for self-development ability of farmers in poor areas,and evaluates and analyzes the level of self-development ability of farmers in Jinyang County,Then this paper makes a strategic analysis on improving the self-development ability of farmers in Jinyang County.Through the analysis of improved analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results,it is found that the self-development ability of the poor farmers in Jinyang County is low,and the basic reason is that the farmers' culture and technology level are low in the poor areas.Through the study of the reality of Jinyang County,this paper puts forward the five measures to improve the self-development ability of farmers in Jinyang County of Liangshan Prefecture:making up the short board of infrastructure,breaking the development bottleneck of Jinyang County of Liangshan state;promoting the development of the characteristic industry,cultivating of continuous increase in income;focusing on intellectual poverty alleviation,improving the endogenous ability of poverty alleviation;giving full play to the main role of the peasants,stimulating the self hematopoietic power and improving the living environment and building a beautiful new village.
