Research On The Operation Mode And Performance Of Science And Technology Finance

Promoting the development of science and technology finance is a key measure to implement the driving strategy of science and technology innovation and accelerate the economic transformation and upgrading in China.As the main body of scientific and technological innovation,the importance of good development of high-tech enterprises is self-evident.The development of enterprises can not be separated from financial support.Therefore,how to effectively combine finance and technology has become a key issue.The development of the main body of science and technology finance in China is not long,and there are many deficiencies in the operation mode of science and technology finance,which limits the development of science and technology innovation achievements of high-tech enterprises.There are obvious differences between high-tech enterprises and ordinary industrial enterprises.Their R&D investment is high,R&D risk is high,and financing mode has its own characteristics.The main body of science and technology finance should adjust the operation mode according to its own shortcomings,strengthen the supporting role of high-tech enterprises,and improve the operation performance.Based on the connotation of science and technology finance,this paper takes high-tech enterprises as the research object,studies the operation mode and performance of science and technology finance,that is to say,analyses the influence of various kinds of science and technology finance subjects on the innovation achievements of high-tech enterprises in the market,including commercial banks,government agencies and capital markets.Based on the connotation of performance,this paper extracts various relevant indicators,constructs a model,carries out an empirical test on the operation mode and performance of the main body of science and technology finance,and on this basis gives policy recommendations for improving the original operation mode of science and technology finance.On the basis of previous studies,combined with relevant science and technology finance theory,this paper starts from the actual situation of our country,and analyses the impact of science and technology finance subj ects on the innovation achievements of high-tech enterprises.In the first chapter,the research status of science and technology finance is summarized,and the research methods of this paper are expounded.Chapter 2 clarifies the concept of the subject of science and technology finance and high-tech enterprises,and makes a theoretical analysis of the influence between them.In the third chapter,starting from the actual situation,we analyze the operation mode of the main financial entities of science and technology in our country,including policy-oriented science and technology finance,the development status and shortcomings of commercial banks'science and technology finance and capital market science and technology finance,which lays a foundation for performance analysis and empirical analysis.Chapter 4 elaborates the performance of China's S&T finance operation,gives the relevant indicators to evaluate the performance at different stages,and establishes the index system of this paper on the basis of the principles of establishing the relevant index system with specific input and output indicators.The fifth chapter carries out theoretical modeling and empirical analysis.On the basis of the index system of the fourth chapter,the panel data model is constructed.After model testing,the regression results are obtained and the conclusions are summarized.Chapter 6 gives policy recommendations for the results of empirical analysis in Chapter Five.Chapter 7 summarizes the conclusions of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,and points out the shortcomings of the paper.
