Nowadays,users' requirements in the Internet industry tend to be fragmented,and there is no obvious regularity in the correlation between the various requirements.With the continuous updating of the APP version,product managers and designers mainly use intuitive decision-making to solve the priority problem of requirements,which requires higher professional experience.Through literature,interviews,questionnaires and other research methods,this study collects the fragmented requirements influencing factors,and models these fragmented influencing factors from intuitive decision-making,so as to arrive at a relatively rational decision-making model,to help product managers and designers to get the priority decision of requirements.This not only quantifies the original qualitative requirements priority decision-making problem,but also measures the importance degree(priority degree)and importance gap(priority degree gap)of multiple functional requirements.This thesis takes the functional module requirement of Douban APP as an example,designs the questionnaire based on NAT technology,and analyses the questionnaire data by analytic hierarchy process.Four main factors(user experience,company strategy,expected online time,development cost)that affect the priority ranking of requirements are obtained,and calculates the correlation and weight of the factors,so as to design the priority of requirements.Decision-making evaluation model.The evaluation model of this study is as follows:S(r)=0.31815(U)+0.27465(T)+0.2287S(D)+0.1786S(C)Among them,r is requirement,S is Score,S(U)is user experience level,S(T)is company strategy target,S(D)is deadline,S(C)is cost.0.3181,0.2746,0.2287 and 0.1786 are the weights of user experience,company strategy,expected online time and development cost which are calculated by judgment matrix.The subjects intuitively judged the requirement priority of the three functional modules of bean paste APP as the control group,and the subj ects judged the requirement priority of the same three functional modules through the model as the experimental group.Through the comparison experiment and one-to-one interview based on KANO model,the effect of this model was verified from three dimensions:the length of completion of two tasks,the program data analysis,and the subjective satisfaction score of the subjects.
