Research On Evaluation Of Major Innovation Factors Of Fujian Innovative Enterprises

Innovative enterprises refer to companies that have independent intellectual property rights and well-known brands,have strong international competitiveness,and rely on technological innovation to gain market competitive advantage and sustainable development.Facing the complicated domestic and foreign economic environment and new opportunities and trends in the development of science and technology innovation,the Party Central Committee and the State Council vigorously promoted innovation-driven development,focused on strengthening the thematic status of corporate technological innovation,and supported the innovation and development of enterprises.Innovative Enterprise is an important foundation and component of Fujian’s innovation system.In order to comply with the pace of economic development,Fujian province strives to enhance the innovative capabilities of innovative companies and the province’s overall competitiveness.The key innovation factors are the key to influencing enterprise innovation.Therefore,it is of great and far-reaching significance to study the status quo and demand of major innovation factors in Fujian’s innovative companies.Combining the current research status of innovative enterprises in domestic and foreign innovative enterprises,the theoretical basis of the company’s resource base,competitive advantage theory,and technological innovation were respectively taken as theoretical support for the article.Combining the research results of experts and scholars on major innovation factors,the structural dimension model was used to analyze the sub-dimensions of major innovative elements of Fujian innovative enterprises.Finally,the sub-dimensions of major innovative elements of talent,capital,and technology were identified.Based on the determination of the main dimensions of the major innovation factors,the entropy method was used to measure the status quo of the major innovation factors in large-and medium-sized and small-scale innovative enterprises in Fujian.It was found that in large-scale and small-and-medium-scale innovative enterprises,the impact of innovation performance in turn from large to small talents,funds,and technology.Among them,among the large and small and medium-sized innovative enterprises,the most influential factors in the talent and capital elements were the proportion of R&D personnel and the proportion of R&D investment in R&D.Among the large-scale innovative enterprises,the number of enterprise technology R&D institutions had the biggest impact on technological factors.In small and medium-sized innovative enterprises,the greatest impact on technical factors was the labor productivity of employees.Combining with the conclusion of entropy method,this paper used multiple regression to study the needs of major innovative elements of large-and medium-sized and small-sized innovative enterprises in Fujian.The result was consistent with the conclusion of the entropy method.At the same time,it found that under the same conditions,the same talents,funds,and technology Elemental input had a greater impact on small and medium-sized innovative enterprises than on large-scale innovative ones.According to the results of entropy method and multiple regression analysis,combined with the relevant theoretical basis and beneficial experience in the development process of innovative enterprises at home and abroad,the innovation status and needs of innovative enterprises in Fujian in the process of development of major innovation factors are proposed,and innovations are proposed in terms of talents.The talent selection and recruitment system,and the innovation and incentive system are all improved.In terms of technical elements,it is proposed to strengthen employee training to increase labor productivity and strengthen cooperation between industry,universities,and research institutes.In terms of funding,companies should actively apply for science and technology projects and innovative financing mechanisms.
