County Financial Development And Slowing Down Of Multidimensional Poverty

Finance is the core of modern economic development,and also an important way to get r id of poverty.At present,our country is in the sprint period of building a well-off society,and the task of poverty alleviation is urgent,which requires the government to change the concept of poverty management,grasp the multidimensional attribute of poverty,pay attention to the influence of financial development on the multidimensional poverty and enhance the efficienc y and sustainability of financial poverty reduction.This paper takes the poverty alleviation of impoverished counties in the Thirteen-Five period as the cut-in point to discuss the influence of county financial development on tipped ladies poverty alleviation in impoverished counties.First of all,through the in-depth study of the existing theory,the county finance,financial de velopment,multidimensional poverty and anti-poverty theory to define,in order to establish a theoretical analysis of the basis.It also focuses on the direct and indirect effects of financial p overty alleviation,and the effect of county financial development on the direct poverty allevia tion of county residents,enterprises and government as well as the indirect impact on multidi mensional poverty alleviation through economic growth and income distribution.Secondly,ta king 51 impoverished counties in Hunan province as the research object,this paper describes t he county financial development and multidimensional poverty alleviation in impoverished co unties of Hunan province.On this basis,using the static panel data analysis strategy,through contrasting the mixed regression model,the fixed effect model and the stochastic effect model,the estimation results of the bidirectional fixed effect model are selected finally.The empiric al results show that the county financial development scale is unfavorable to the poverty allevi ation in the county,but there is a "U-shaped" characteristic,and the efficiency of county finan ce development has a significant positive effect on the multidimensional poverty alleviation.F inally,in order to break down the obstacle of county financial multidimensional poverty alleviation,this paper from raising the level of social security in poor counties,paying attention to the feasible ability of poor people,innovating the products and models of county financial services,improving the efficiency and sustainability of financial poverty alleviation,speeding up the pace of financial system reform,creating a good financial speeding up the transformation of county economic growth mode in impoverished areas and realizing the financial inclusive growth in four aspects,this paper puts forward the policy suggestions to promote the financial development of poor counties to alleviate the multidimensional poverty.
