The rapid development of the market economy,the increasingly perfect market environment,and the increasingly mature legal environment in China have attracted more and more listed companies to try to launch equity incentive plans.Equity incentives give managers a certain amount of shareholder rights,making managers an incentive target and companies forming a community of interests.Then,as the owner of the company involved in business decision-making,the company shares profits with the company,shares the risks,and makes managers work harder to improve the company's performance,further realize the company's long-term goal of development,and realize the pursuit of profit growth and capital accumulation.Up to now,most of the domestic academic community equity incentive system research is based on empirical statistics research of Chinese listed companies.These studies provide a comprehensive solution for Chinese listed companies to implement equity incentives.Based on the previous empirical research,this article selects special individualization analysis cases and draws conclusions through detailed analysis to provide personalized solutions to their problems.After in-depth review,this article decided to select Weixing,a leading company in the Chinese apparel industry,to conduct a case study.Based on a certain theoretical basis,based on the analysis of Weixing' s macro and micro aspects of equity incentives,several representative financial indicators were selected to establish the company ' s performance evaluation criteria,and Weixing' s financial data for eight years were selected.Select representative financial indicators,conduct arguments from different perspectives,and demonstrate the capabilities of Weixing shares from various perspectives,and perform a longitudinal comparative analysis on them.Based on this,whether the implementation of the equity incentive plan as a standard will divide the apparel industry listed companies,and intercept the financial comprehensive information of representative and comparable enterprises in the apparel industry that have not implemented and implemented equity incentives for nearly eight years,and Further calculate its weighted average,conduct further horizontal comparative analysis on Weixing shares,conduct a more comprehensive and comprehensive analysis and evaluation on the implementation effect of Weixing' s equity incentive,and summarize the equity of Weixing shares on this basis.The main problems in the incentive plan and suggestions for improvement.
