Study On The Development Of Modern Agriculture In Changzhi City

Agriculture is the foundation of national economy,and agricultural modernization is an indispensable and important part of national modernization.The development of modern agriculture is a significant strategic deployment of the party and the country in the new era,which is to solve the "three agriculture" problem,complement the objective requirements of agricultural short board,is the inevitable choice to implement the strategy of rural revitalization.The development of modern agriculture plays an important role in promoting agriculture transformation and upgrading of agriculture,the sustained and steady growth of rural economy and the achievement of the goal of fully building a well-off society.However,at present,the level of modern agricultural development in China is unbalanced,and some places still have the problems of slow development and low efficiency,which seriously affect and restrict the increase of farmers ’ income and the development of national economy.Therefore,it is very important to study and improve the development level of modern agriculture.This paper summarizes the research background,the purpose significance and related research results,expounds the relevant concepts and theories,and selects Changzhi as a sample,through the field visit investigation,reviews the literature,In this paper,it analyzes and summarizes the basic conditions and development status of modern agriculture in Changzhi.Using the related theories of sustainable development and circular economy,this paper constructs a modern agricultural evaluation index system by means of factor analysis,quantitatively evaluating the development level of modern agriculture in Changzhi,and qualitatively analyzing the existing problems in the development of modern agriculture in Changzhi combined with the evaluation results.Focusing on the problems at the present,such as insufficient government investment,poor financing channels,backward infrastructure,inadequate market supervision and poor quality of farmers,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions: increasing policy support,encouraging technological innovation,strengthening market supervision,employment training,improving ecological environment,developing green agriculture,innovating investment mechanism and broadening financing channels,so as to promote the healthy and sustainable development of modern agriculture in Changzhi.
