"One Belt And One Road" initiative is our country under the new era of the important chance to comprehensively deepen reform and expand opening to the outside world."The economic corridor between China,Mongolia and Russia" is one of the six "One Belt And One Road" economic corridors.It is the northern corridor connecting Asia-pacific economies and European economies.On the occasion of a new round of opening up,the "Heilongjiang Silk Road Belt" takes the initiative to integrate into the "The economic corridor between China,Mongolia and Russia" by virtue of its unique geographical advantages and becomes an important part of the "One Belt And One Road" initiative.In recent years,the downward pressure on Heilongjiang’s economy has increased and the proportion of the total national economy has been gradually decreasing.How to seize the rare historical opportunity of "One Belt And One Road" in the new era and promote the economic development through the construction of the "Heilongjiang Silk Road Belt" has become a major task for Heilongjiang to realize the overall and all-round revitalization.This paper makes a preliminary discussion on this topic.Firstly,it analyzes the background and significance of the national "One Belt And One Road" initiative and "The economic corridor between China,Mongolia and Russia".Secondly based on the analysis of "Heilongjiang Silk Road Belt" to take promote the construction of infrastructure,industry overview,planning layout,and facing the industrial structure,business environment,innovation and regional development problems,it is believed that the construction of the " Heilongjiang Silk Road Belt " is conducive to improving transportation facilities,accelerating the transformation of industrial structure,attracting high-quality resources and forming an export-oriented economic system.Finally combining "One Belt And One Road","The economic corridor between China,Mongolia and Russia","Heilongjiang Silk Road Belt" and the implementation background,in order to comprehensively deepen the opening-up reform and optimization for the era opportunity,from internal and external two aspects,this paper expounds the countermeasures to promote the economic development of Heilongjiang.It is expected that the construction of "Heilongjiang Silk Road Belt" will play a core role in the overall and all-round revitalization of Heilongjiang province.
