Research On Development Of Internet Finance Business Of DB Securities Co.,LTD

DB Securities Co.,Ltd as domestic traditional medium and small sized securities company which is the pioneer of the internet securities business.DB Securities Co.,Ltd plays an important role in the development process of domestic internet securities financial industry.However,with the development of internet technology,the huge competition among the internet securities financial industry becomes more and more intense.DB Securities Co.,Ltd appears unbalanced business development and other problems in the development process of the internet financial industry.Facing these various problems,DB Securities Co.,Ltd must sort them out.This paper according to the physical truth development of DB Securities Co.,Ltd as case,based on this company all the departments and developed internet financial industry to analyse the cause of these problems.In order to improve these problems,DB Securities Co.,Ltd proposed specific measures.Firstly,the theory of securities internet finance,the contents of securities internet finance,the theory of financial risk management and the theory of financial intermediation provide theoretical support for this paper.Secondly,in the process of analyzing the development current status of DB Securities Co.,Ltd.We found some problems such as business resources are not equally distributed,reserve of internet talents shortage,risk control is out of control,lack of business competitiveness or other serious problems.We make further research and find that the traditional securities company has no long term development projects,reserve of internet talents is not in time,lack of constructive power for IT department and scale of the company is limited are the main reasons to produce these problems.Thirdly,based on realistic analysis,this paper proposes optimize distribution of business resources,establish excellent management system for talents,establish strict system for risk control,strengthen creative management strategy for internet financial products.Finally,this paper makes a conclusion for the development target of DB Securities Co.,Ltd which in the area of the internet financial business.
