The pursuit of maximum economic benefits has always been the essential goal of profit-making enterprise organizations.The financial performance of a company is an intuitive expression of the profitability of a company.From the classical management theory to the modern management theory,which factors affect the company's financial performance has always been the focus of academic research.After the publication of Adolphus berry and Gardner minns' work modern company and private property rights in 1932,the internal relationship between the ownership structure of a company and the financial performance of a company became more noticeable.Since then,scholars at home and abroad have conducted extensive studies on the relationship between the two.China's securities market reform implemented in 2006 has led to the development of China's securities market,and the company's equity structure has undergone new changes and new problems.Pharmaceutical industry is a key industry related to people's life and health.Under the new situation of securities capital market,the new equity structure will certainly bring new challenges and opportunities to listed companies in pharmaceutical industry.In this case,the exploration,analysis and empirical test of the factors influencing the financial performance of listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry can promote the better and faster development of China's pharmaceutical marketIn turn to the domestic and foreign scholars on the basis of the study,this article,starting from our country medicine industry and the securities market itself,the pharmaceutical industry in our country listed company ownership structure factors that affect the company's financial performance are analyzed in detail,the equity structure of concrete can be divided into three aspects:ownership concentration and equity balance degree and nature of equity,and its impact on financial performance respectively are analyzed in detail,and put forward in view of the hypothesis.Then,this article selects 2015 to 2017,144 qualified pharmaceutical industry listed companies as research samples,select the relevant financial indicators,through SPSS24.0 software,this paper builds the factor analysis model and multiple regression model,by factor analysis method and the comprehensive index of the company's financial performance,overcame the limitation of using a single index.In the empirical study,SPSS24.0 was used for linear regression to obtain the empirical research results of the equity structure of listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry on the financial performance of companies.Finally,based on the empirical results of listed companies in the pharmaceutical industry reasonable arrangement of equity structure recommendations..
