Human resources are the first productive forces for enterprises to create wealth.Competition for talents has become an important battlefield for enterprises to compete.Faced with the increasingly fierce market competition,many enterprises are facing the risk of brain drain on enterprise development.How to retain talents for enterprises has become an urgent problem for enterprises to solve.As one of the top five securities firms in China,Merchants Securities has been plagued by the loss of securities brokers and difficulties in recruiting new employees in recent years.As the developer and server of customers,securities brokers hold a large number of customer resources.The loss of brokers leads to the loss of a large number of customers.The difficulty of recruiting new employees leads to the gradual shrinkage of the broker team,which has a huge negative impact on the development of new customers and greatly weakens the competitiveness of the enterprise.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly elaborates the research background and significance of this paper.The second chapter is about the basic concepts.It elaborates the main research theories on enterprise employee retention,including Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,two-factor theory and expectation theory,and deeply analyses the main significance of these theories.The third chapter mainly introduces the current situation of China Merchants Securities,including the basic information of the enterprise and the current situation of staff turnover,and analyses the impact of staff turnover on China Merchants Securities.The fourth chapter is about the analysis of the reasons for the loss of brokers in China Merchants Securities,including the external reasons and the internal reasons.The fifth chapter is to formulate corresponding strategies according to the reasons of the loss of securities brokers in Chapter IV,including optimizing the recruitment process,improving the salary system,shaping the corporate culture and providing development opportunities for employees.The sixth chapter is to explain the guarantee of the implementation of the strategy and to forecast the effect.Chapter 7 is a summary of this paper.Based on the results of the survey,this paper uses conceptual analysis to analyse the reasons for the turnover of China Merchants Securities Brokers,and summarizes the main reasons for the turnover of China Merchants Securities Brokers.Finally,using literature research method and related theory research,put forward the corresponding strategies.We can reduce the loss rate of securities brokers for China Merchants Securities and establish a stable and efficient broker team to provide China Merchants Securities with adequate competitiveness in the fierce market competition.At the same time,it provides feasible and referential methods and guidance for companies with similar problems to establish effective retention mechanism,reduce the risk of brain drain and ensure the healthy development of enterprises.
