Research On The Production Of Inn Space Around Erhai Lake Based On Actor Network Theory

Sustainable development of ecological environment and social economy is closely related to the future of the country.In recent years,the thriving development of hotel industry in Erhai has aggravated the pollution of Erhai Lake.The quality of Erhai Lake is deteriorating more and more seriously,so it is urgent to protect it.Because the rescue of the Erhai government shut down and demolished the inn,which caused a series of social problems,such as the contradiction between the inn operator and the landlord.The urgent task at present is to solve these contradictions and conflicts,the next development of the Inn and how to protect the Erhai Lake.Firstly,this paper uses the actor network theory as an analytical framework to understand the work of the formation of the actor network of Erhai Hotel,which is necessary for key actors to mobilize other actors,and combines the field survey method to conduct in-depth research on it,and to explore the spatial production mechanism of the hotel in Erhai region,and to analyze its internal mechanismWith the help of the actor network framework,the process of translating actors is analyzed in four steps:problem presentation,benefit assignment,recruitment and mobilization.Through the research,it is found that there are two kinds of actor networks before and after the development of Dali Inn and there are changes.In the former stage,for the development of landscape resources in Erhai Lake,the key actors contributing to the formation of the network are Inn operators,while the other actors complete the mobilization process under the call of key actors,and thus determine their respective social roles in order to obtain the benefits of tourism economic development.The network characteristics of this stage:the main body of space use is foreign operators,the way of recruitment is market recruitment,and the main driving force of network operation is capital force;in the latter stage,in order to protect the Erhai Customs from dismantling and relocating inns,the key actors contributing to the formation of the network are Dali Municipal Government,and in the process,other actors reshaped the society to protect the interests of Erhai Lake at the expense of others.Meeting role.The network characteristics of this stage:the main body of space use is the government,the way of recruitment is the administrative recruitment,and the main driving force of network transformation is the administrative power.Through the comparative analysis of the two-stage network,we find that there is a logical relationship between the inn space production mechanism:(1)non-human actors are the dominant factors of the relationship change;(2)human actors embody the power subject game;(3)human and non-human actors interact to lead to space movement and transformation.From the relationship of operation mechanism,we can see that Dali Inn forms two kinds of spaces through the network of actors:"indicative space"and"negotiating space".Behind the space transformation,there is a contest between"order"and"resistance"among heterogeneous actors.Based on the analysis and study of the typical case of the inn around Erhai Lake,this paper discusses the spatial production mechanism of the inn from the perspective of actor network,which to some extent complements the research on the development of the inn on the theoretical level of actor network,and may provide a scientific basis for solving the practical problem of pollution in Erhai Lake.
