The phenomenon of the employee turnover of Post-90 s has been paid more and more attention by organizations.It has become very valuable to explore the problem of brain drain.Employees Post-90 s are mostly only children,and they are also in the era of rapid development of information.Their particularity leads to their different work values from those of their former employees.They care about the spirit of the contract more than the spirit of dedication.This makes it easier for them to have a higher turnover intention.Previous studies on turnover intention mostly explored the relationship between individual characteristics and turnover intention on cross-sectional basis.However,turnover intention has dynamic characteristics,and it is not only the internal characteristics of individuals,but also the occurrence of external events can affect turnover intention.Therefore,in this study,new employees Post-90 s are taken as subjects,considering the dynamic change of turnover intention at the individual level,workplace events are introduced to explore the relationship between workplace events and turnover intention.This study hopes to contribute to the prediction of new employees Post-90s' turnover behavior,reduce the brain drain of enterprises and reduce the cost of personnel training.This study is based on event system theory and psychological contract theory.The purpose is to explore the relationship between the intensity of salary increase events,conflict events and training events and turnover intention of new employees Post-90 s from the dynamic perspective of turnover intention and explore the mechanism of the psychological contract in it.Based on the follow-up survey of 117 new employees Post-90 s once a month for five consecutive months,486 individual data were obtained.The results were obtained by multilevel analysis,results shows:(1)The turnover intention of new employees Post-90 s has the characteristics of dynamic changes within individuals.(2)The intensity of salary-raising events of new employees Post-90 s in the month has a significant negative predictive effect on turnover intention.The intensity of salary-raising events has a significant positive predictive effect on the psychological contract.Psychological contract partially mediates the relationship between the intensity of salary increase events and turnover intention.(3)The intensity of interpersonal conflict events of new employees Post-90 s in the month has a significant positive predictive effect on turnover intention.The intensity of interpersonal conflict events has a significant negative predictive effect on the psychological contract.Psychological contract partially mediates the relationship between the intensity of interpersonal conflict and turnover intention of new employees Post-90 s.
