Internet enterprises have sprung up since the 21 st century,and these companies and the emerging technologies they use have led an information technology revolution.The Chinese government also attaches great importance to emerging technologies of the Internet and actively promotes the deep integration between the Internet and various industries.Among them,sharing mobility is an area that is compatible with the national development concept.In recent years,it has gradually become a hot spot for market pursuit.A large number of mergers,acquisitions,financing,liquidation,etc.,which are closely related to the valuation,have raised the value of the enterprise.These events put forward new requirements for enterprise value assessment.Due to the uniqueness of Internet enterprises’ own asset structure,profit cycle,and value source,traditional methods are difficult to make a scientific and reasonable assessment of the value of Internet enterprises.Sharing mobility Internet enterprises also have certain particularity in terms of profit model,development status,and user viscosity.Therefore,the evaluators need to fully consider the characteristics and related theories of Internet enterprises,and combine the characteristics of the travel industry to select a reasonable evaluation method,so that the evaluation results can better reflect the true and objective value of the enterprise.This paper mainly explores the value evaluation methods and applications of sharing mobility Internet enterprises,and selects Yonganxing,a case that belongs to the sharing mobility industry and has the characteristics of Internet enterprises.Firstly,the concepts of Internet enterprises are defined,and the characteristics of the sharing mobility Internet enterprises,the profit model and the factors affecting the enterprise value are analyzed in combination with the characteristics of the sharing mobility industry.It explains the theories and laws that are typical to the Internet domain but not obvious in traditional enterprises,such as the Matthew effect,network effect,and node distance,and also explores evaluation methods that are appropriate for sharing mobility Internet enterprises.It analyzes the limitations of traditional evaluation methods in the Internet field,and grasps the characteristics of Internet enterprises using user traffic as an important source of value.On the basic evaluation model such as Metcalfe’s law,it modifies the correction factors such as the premium factor,the liquidation factor,and the number of users.Corrections are made for bringing up the user value method used in this paper,and select Yonganxing as a case for value evaluation.Then,after researching the development status,main business and core competitiveness of Yonganxing Enterprise,the financial data and non-financial data of Yonganxing are used to quantify the relevant indicators,and finally the evaluation result of enterprise value whose deviation rate is within a reasonable range is obtained.It further validates the feasibility of the user value method and provides some reference for evaluating the future practice of the industry.Therefore,this paper believes that after combining the characteristics of Internet enterprises,the characteristics of sharing mobility industry,user value and corporate profit models,the user value method is applicable to the value evaluation of sharing mobility Internet enterprises.
