The Integration Of Internet And Agriculture

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,the source of factors of production for industry and manufacturing,and the source of food for all human beings.The basic status of agriculture is self-evident.However,under the circumstances of market economy,the backwardness of agricultural mode of production and the limitations of agricultural production division,both have led to the increasingly marginalization of agricultural development.The lag of the development of traditional agriculture has accelerated the decline of the rural areas,and has also strengthened the barriers to the urban-rural dual structure and hindered the process of China's modernization.The implementation of the rural revitalization strategy and the realization of agricultural modernization has become the prerequisites for China to achieve modernization.With the gradual maturity of a new generation of information technology represented by the Internet of Things,big data,cloud computing,mobile internet,etc,deepening the division of labor in agriculture and optimizing the allocation of agricultural production factors have become the breakthrough point for agricultural modernization.The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China stated that to implement the strategy of rural revitalization,we must adhere to the priority development of agriculture and rural areas.The new information technology has provided a new direction for the realization of agricultural modernization.How to realize the integration of Internet and agriculture has become a new idea of agricultural transformation and development.Taking Shandong province as an example,this paper analyzes the necessity of the integration of Internet and agriculture and the problems existing in the development of integration based on the reality of the Internet and agricultural development in Shandong,and proposes policy recommendations to promote the integration of Internet and agriculture in China.first of all,by combing the theoretical basis of the Internet and agriculture,it defines the scope of the integration of Internet and agriculture,and proposes the necessity of the integration of Internet and agriculture.Secondly,through the actual data of agriculture and rural development in Shandong Province,using spss software to make empirical analysis,it proves that the Internet has a positive effect on the development of Shandong agriculture,and summarizes the results of the integration of Internet and Shandong,and analysis the problems in the integration process and the reason of problems.Thirdly,drawing on the experience of developed countries,we select the results of the integration of the Internet and agriculture under different production modes and different production conditions in the United States,Japan,and Israel,and analyze the common points to draw inspirations for promoting the integration of Internet and agriculture in China.Finally,put forward policy recommendations that are conducive to promoting the integration of Internet and agriculture in China.
