| In the past 40 years of reform and opening up,China’s national economy has developed rapidly.As an important modern service industry,tourism has made significant contributions to the development of the national economy.With the prosperity and development of China’s tourism industry,the matching hotel industry has also entered the golden age of rapid development.However,in this favorable situation,the hotel industry has encountered difficulties in recruiting people and keeping people difficult.The high turnover rate of hotel staff affects the healthy and sustainable development of the hotel industry.How to solve the high turnover rate of hotel staff has become an urgent problem for the entire industry.Based on the literature research,this paper finds that there are different influences between the psychological contract and the turnover intention of employees in all walks of life.Especially because the subjective,dynamic,implicit,unique and inconsistent of the psychological contract leads to different research results,and considering the high turnover rate of hotel staff,the psychological contract and turnover intention of hotel employees Research is very necessary.This paper issues questionnaires to the employees of Xi’an Y Hotel,and uses SPSS20.0 statistical software to conduct independent sample t-test,reliability,validity,correlation analysis and regression analysis on the survey data,etc.,and obtain the organizational responsibility and employees in the psychological contract.There is a positive impact between responsibilities,psychological contract has a negative impact on turnover intention,each dimension has different effects on turnover intention,and job satisfaction has a partial intermediary role between psychological contract and turnover intention.According to the research results of this paper,the following suggestions are proposed for hotel managers: 1.Pay attention to the interpersonal environment;2.Strengthen communication with employees;3.Pay attention to employee career development management;4 Management flexibility;5 Care for humanity. |
