Research On The Financial Risk Early Warning Of QQKJ

With the increasingly open-up of market,the competition between the enterprises is becoming more and more fierce.The production and operation of the enterprise can be influnced by the factors of both macro-market and internal environment.Under this background,we should give priority to the financial risk of the enterprises,the enterprises will fall into a danger place if the fanancial risk can not be timely early warning and control.Although,some scholars have made a lot of research on the early warning of fanancial risk,including many outstanding scientific payoffs,we still need to pay highly attention to the early waning of financial risk in this complex market environment.In recent years,liquor industry has been influenced by macro policy and industry environment,such as supply-side reform,belt and road initiative "healthy wine",etc.As for this,the liquor industry is in recovery.For liquor industry,it is both an opportunity and a challenge.This paper based on the analysis of financial risk and the present situation of financial risk early warning,establishes a financial risk warning model for QQKJ based on the analysis of the financial risk of the wine,beverage and refined tea industry,which is helpful to grasp the financial risk status in real time and avoid risks in time.This paper firstly,compared it with the same products of different years and different products in liquor industry from the aspects of investment risk,fanancial risk,management risk and income distribution to give a first judgement of whether the risk exist or not and anaysis the current status of the early warning of fanancial risk in QQKJ to make sure the necessity of building the model of early warning.Secondly,based on 31 listed companies in the wine,beverage and refined tea industry,19 financial indexes were determined,the data of 2013-2017 were sorted out,and the financial risk early warning model was established by factor analysis.Furthermore,the control threshold of the early warning model is determined,and the alarm degree is divided into six areas,bright green light(very safe area),bright blue light(safe area),bright purple light(basic safe area),bright yellow light(not too safe area),orange light(warning area),red light(six areas in dangerous area),according to the warning value of QQKJ fall into the interval,judge the warning situation.Finally,according to the results of financial risk early warning model,the risk control measures are put forward to provide reference for the healthy development of QQKJ: perfect mechanism and strengthen risk consciousness;improve profitability according to the characteristics of highland barley wine;improve capital structure and reasonable control of liabilities;strengthen the brand of highland barley wine to promote the growth of enterprises.This paper is based on the financial risk early warning model established by the wine,beverage and refined tea manufacturing industry.It is applied to the QQKJ Company,which shows that the fanancial risk of QQLJ was in orange light(alert area),and encumbered by the factors of profit ability,asset structure and growth ability.
