| Rural economic development is of great significance to local regional economic development and rural revitalization strategies.Scientific and objective evaluation and analysis of the economic development of rural areas has important theoretical significance and role in fully implementing the major strategic deployment of the Hubei Provincial Party Committee and the provincial government on the rapid development of rural regional economy and promoting the economic development of rural areas in Hubei Province.Hubei Province,located in Central China,is a typical example of the rapid economic development of China's inland areas.In the process of development,the imbalance of economic development in rural areas has become increasingly prominent.Like other regions in the country,there are serious regional economic development differences.This paper mainly evaluates the economic development level of rural areas in Hubei Province,calculates the comprehensive evaluation value of economic development in each rural area of Hubei Province,and then analyzes the current economic development status of rural areas in Hubei Province based on the comprehensive evaluation value.Compare and analyze the economic development level of rural areas in different regions.Based on a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,the thesis firstly based on a large number of statistical data,17 prefecture-level cities and states in Hubei Province as research regional units,from natural resource endowment,rural industrial structure,agricultural output efficiency,agricultural modernization level.The five dimensions of the peasant living standard select 14 economic variables to build a comprehensive indicator system.Then,with SPSS 22.0 statistical analysis software,using principal component analysis method,the empirical analysis and comprehensive evaluation of the economic development level of rural areas in Hubei Province were carried out.The results show that there are huge differences in the economic development level of rural areas in 17 prefecture-level cities and cities in HubeiProvince,mainly due to agricultural production level factors,natural condition factors,agricultural modernization factors,industrial structure factors,agricultural development basic factors,and agricultural related environmental factors.These six factors are produced by the influence.Then,17 comparative units were subjected to horizontal comparative analysis and longitudinal comparative analysis.The horizontal comparative analysis is to cluster the prefecture-level cities and states with great similarities in the economic development of rural areas in Hubei Province by cluster analysis method,and narrow the scope to analyze the influencing factors;the vertical comparative analysis is a trend analysis based on the data of the past five years.Finally,I hope that I can correctly understand the problems and shortcomings of rural economic development in various regions,and propose scientifically and targetedly the suggestions and countermeasures for promoting rural economic development. |
