With the rapid development of economy,people’s living standards improve continuously.The demands and concerns for the living environment are getting higher and higher.More and more people pay attention to the global warming caused by carbon emissions.Climate change has become the biggest environmental external problem in the world.On the one hand,faced with the increasing carbon emissions and global carbon content,the relevant environmental protection organizations in various countries actively formulate policies and take corresponding measures to mitigate and control the emissions of carbon.Now there have 25 countries or regions around the world have adopted the way of establishing carbon emissions trading market to reduce emissions,among which the European Union Carbon Market has the largest trading volume.Today,carbon emissions are important reference standard for enterprises to make decisions.Whether ordinary products or perishable products,enterprises need to consider their carbon emissions in order,production and processing of surplus products.On the other hand,The randomness and uncertainty of market demand make it difficult to obtain complete demand information,most of which can only obtain part of the information.Therefore,it is particularly important to study how optimistic decision makers under carbon policy formulate optimal ordering strategies to reduce unnecessary carbon emissions.This paper studies the optimal ordering of optimistic retailers under different carbon policies when stochastic demand information is partially known.Retailers order goods from suppliers to meet the demand of random market.In this article,we considering the influence of optimism on ordering decision,firstly establishes a robust optimal model under carbon policy based on optimism coefficient criterion,and then compares it with the optimal ordering strategy model of pessimistic retailers under carbon policy to analyze the influence of optimism coefficient on the optimal ordering strategy of retailers.Secondly,find ways to improve expected profits and reduce carbon emissions.Finally,verify the theoretical results through numerical experiments,give management inspiration.The paper is arranged as follows:In Chapter 1,introduces the research background and significance of retailer’s robust ordering strategy under carbon policy,the research background of perishable goods ordering strategy under carbon policy,and the research background and status of enterprise operation strategy under optimistic coefficient criterion carbon policy.It summarizes the main research contents and innovations of this paper.In Chapter 2,the robust ordering strategy based on optimistic coefficient criterion under carbon policy is studied.The optimistic coefficient is introduced to determine the optimal ordering strategy of retailers on the basis of limited demand information,establishing an optimistic coefficient decision model for distributed robust newsboy under carbon policy and compared with the order strategy under pessimistic criteria.Through sensitivity analysis,the effects of optimism factor in the model on the robust ordering strategy and maximum profit are studied.The relationship between the optimism factor and the expected profit is obtained.In Chapter 3,establish an optimistic coefficient decision model for robust newsboy problem of perishable products under carbon policy.The robust ordering strategy of perishable goods under carbon trading policy is determined based on optimistic coefficient criterion,and the corresponding maximum expected profit is obtained.In Chapter 4,main conclusions and future prospects of the article.
