The Influence Of Entrepreneurial Commitment On Entrepreneurial Opportunity Identification:the Effect Of Ambidextrous Learning And Entrepreneurial Passion

Under the background of the Internet era,most people focus on the industrial transformation and upgrading.At this time,it is the golden period for entrepreneurship,and entrepreneurial activities have reached every corner of the society.As the initial stage and core link of entrepreneurial activities,the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities plays a crucial role in reducing the search cost of opportunities and reducing entrepreneurial risks for start-ups.Generally speaking,entrepreneurs can accurately grasp the entrepreneurial opportunity is the premise of entrepreneurial success.Since the concept of entrepreneurial opportunity was proposed,the research on entrepreneurial opportunity has become a hot issue in practice and academia.However,the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities is not easy to achieve,and it is still an important research topic in the field of entrepreneurship to explore the preconditions for the identification of entrepreneurial opportunities.As entrepreneurial commitment is a key node in the entrepreneurial process,it reflects the degree of recognition and participation of entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial activities,and will also affect the behavior of start-ups to a large extent,which makes entrepreneurial commitment become the main focus of entrepreneurial opportunity identification drivers.Based on organizational learning theory,and introduce the dual study of exploratory learning and using as a intervening variable,we trying to explore the impact of startup commitments made by startup founders and team members on the identification of startup opportunities.At the same time,using the entrepreneurial passion as a moderating variable to build a theoretical model.Based on the sample data of 254 entrepreneurial team members,this study uses the existing mature scale to design a questionnaire,and uses Microsoft Excel,SPSS25.0,AMOS24.0 and other statistical analysis software to conduct an empirical analysis of the theoretical model and research hypothesis.The results show that entrepreneurial commitment has a significant positive role in promoting the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities.Entrepreneurial commitment has significant positive effect on exploratory learning and exploitative learning.Exploratory learning and exploitative learning play a significant role in promoting the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities.Both exploratory learning and exploitative learning play an intermediary role between entrepreneurial commitment and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.Entrepreneurial passion plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between entrepreneurial commitment and exploratory learning,and also the relationship between entrepreneurial commitment and exploitative learning.Entrepreneurial passion also plays a positive role in regulating the relationship between exploratory learning and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,and the relationship between exploitative learning and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.This study enriches the quantitative research results of antecedent variables of entrepreneurial opportunity recognition under the background of emerging industries.The results reveal the importance of entrepreneurial commitment and dual learning to the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities,and provide valuable management suggestions for entrepreneurs of start-ups to accurately grasp the entrepreneurial opportunities and achieve entrepreneurial success.
