Research On The Problems And Countermeasures In The Development Of Crowd-creation Space In Huai'an

At present,China's economic development has entered a new normal,the scale driving force of production factors has been weakened,and market competition has changed from quantity and price competition to quality and differential competition.It is necessary to promote the further development of China's economy through technological innovation.In 2015,the Chinese government identified "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" as one of the important engines for China's economic transformation and development.As a new carrier to support innovation and entrepreneurship,Zhongchuang Space has sprung up everywhere.The governments at all levels in Huai'an City have also actively explored the development boom of the space.Up to now,the number of public creation spaces in Huai'an City has reached 27,and the development of Zhongchuang Space has promoted the economic transformation and development of Huai'an City to a certain extent,but with the creation of space in other second and third tier cities in the province.In comparison,there are problems such as the small number of small-scale spaces in Huai'an City.These problems are restricting the development of the space in Huai'an City.Therefore,solving the above problems is of great significance to continuously promote the construction of space and promote the economic development of Huai'an City.This paper combs the research on the generation,development and connotation of the creation space at home and abroad,summarizes the differences between the domestic and international space development and the existing research in China,and at the same time,the maker space,the traditional incubator and the creation space.The concepts are defined and compared.On this basis,this paper adopts comparative research,induction and deduction,combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,and the main development policies,financial support,quantity and scale,service content and types,operations and enterprises from Huai'an Zhongchuang Space.Based on the five aspects of the status of occupancy,this paper analyzes the development status of the space in Huai'an City,and finds that the current problems in the development of space in Huai'an City include:the development policy of the space is not perfect;the financial support is not strong.The number is small and small;the service content and type are single;the operation is not good.After analysis,this paper believes that the main reasons for the above problems are:the policy formulation of Huan'an Zhongchuang Space is not scientific;the financial support system is imperfect;the cultural atmosphere of "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" is not strong;Design;the combination of Zhongchuang space and talent,capital and projects is low.Based on the new public service,entrepreneurial ecosystem,sustainable development and other theories,from the five aspects of organizational system,financial support,education and training,brand building,and human and financial docking,the countermeasures for accelerating the development of Huai'an's mass creation space are put forward.There are few researches on the space of mass creation in the second and third tier cities in China,and the research on the status quo of space development in Huai'an City is even more lacking.This paper supplements the domestic and international related research to the extent of the research on the development status of the space in Huai'an.The research and proposed countermeasures are conducive to promoting the construction and development of the space in Huai'an City,and providing reference for the development of space creation in other cities.
