Fourth Party Logistics,4PL,as an integrator of the supply chain,has integrated and managed a variety of resources,abilities and technology which possessed by service provider with complementarity,can provide a set of solutions of supply chain and has been widely recognized in academia and industry.The primary responsibility of 4PL is to manage and supervise the service process of 3PL as well as manage logistics delivery risk for outsourcing logistics client.In service process of the 3 PL,there are many uncertain factors,such as weather conditions,traffic conditions,improper operation and a variety of unexpected situations,which lead to a lot of risk problems.Among those questions,delivery time risk problem such as delivery ahead of schedule and delivery delay is typical case.Therefore,4PL design the incentive contract based on the principal-agent theory,through effective supervision and control on the delivery time risk,can promote 3PL to complete the logistics tasks,so as to improve the overall benefits of logistics service system.In the current time risk management research,most of the cost of 3 PL in the process of convergence is ignored.Therefore,this essay puts forward the concept of convergence time,which means,the serial structure,the next phase of the 3PL distribution task start time.Based on the theory of the fourth party logistics risk and other related theories,this essay based on the specific requirements of the actual logistics distribution,the design of the two contracts takes two aspects into account,that is,centralized decision-making and distributed decision-making.The problem of serial 3PL distribution time risk management contract with a given connection time is considered.According to the different requirements of delivery time,considering random factors caused by the behavior of the 3 PL can not be observed and the private cost information,respectively in 9 different distribution modes of combination design,the optimal delivery time of contract,and the relevant parameters for the numerical experiment analysis.The results show that:1)Considering the distributed decision making,the system profit and the 3PL’s effort level are improved,the effect of centralized decision making in a given connection time system is reached.2)In distributed decision,according to the market existing distribution requirements,no matter what kind of distribution model combination can be given by the optimal contract makes the system profit to the centralized system in effect given connection time.3)In the distributed decision-making,no matter what kind of distribution mode 3PL1(3PL2)takes,the contract parameters are not affected by the 3PL2(3PL1)distribution model.4)In distributed decision making,in earliness-tardiness penalty earliness-tardiness penalty,get the contract parameters obtained includes contract parameters of other types of eight kinds of distribution mode combinations combination distribution model.5)In the centralized decision,effort with the increase of penalty coefficient increases with the increase of output coefficient,to increase and decrease with increasing effort cost coefficient;with the increase of J system profit decreases,plus the penalty coefficient increases with the increase of output coefficient,to decrease with increasing effort cost.6)In distributed decision making,penalty coefficient and high coefficient of effort output will improve the level of effort to reduce the cost,the high level of effort;penalty coefficient and high cost to decrease the system profit,and strive to produce high coefficient will increase the system profit.7)In the distributed decision-making,the increase of penalty coefficient and the cost will both increase fixed income.However,increased output coefficient will reduce the fixed income of 3PL;increase the punishment coefficient will increase the incentive coefficient of 3PL.The problem of serial 3PL
