Research On The Development Of Walnut Industry In Pu County Under The Background Of Industrial Integration

Chinese agricultural development is experiencing the important transition period from traditional agriculture to modern agriculture,but we should also be clearly aware that there are still some grim problems,such as farmers reducing income despite rising output,rural uncoordinated development and weak agricultural base in the process of agriculture transformation.The Central File NO.1 Of 2016 first fused industry integration as an important means of promoting the farmers’ income,which strongly promote the further development of the agricultural industry integration and foster rural new industries to expand.Developing characteristic agriculture is one of the effective ways to realize agricultural modernization.It can not only give full play to the unique advantages of rural areas but also dig into the various functions of agriculture.Walnut industry is extremely representative characteristic agriculture in Shanxi Province.This paper takes the walnut industry development in Pu county as an example and discusses how to promote the healthy development of Pu county walnut industry from the perspective of industrial convergence development.Through the study on the current status of the agricultural industry integration,it mainly explores how to speed up the transformation of the mode of agricultural development and transformation of the mode of agricultural management mode of production,the resources use and management ways,which promote agriculture to develop by efficiency instead of amount,by mainly relying on simple material input to rely on scientific and technological innovation and high-quality workforce,by sustainable development instead of the high energy consumption of extensive management.Based on industrial integration and characteristic agriculture theory basis and practice,this paper deeply analyzes the background and current situation of the development of characteristic agriculture and the present restriction factor,and puts forward feasible suggestions and explores new ways for industrial integration development,the improvement of the comprehensive benefits of agrlicultural development,which adjusts measures to local conditions,for each industry condition,and exerts the versatility of agriculture,so as to explore more industrial integration mode and put forward a new model of characteristic agriculture development and the new path.Taking Pu county in Shanxi Province as an example,The paper expounds the present development situation,experience,practice and its influence factors of walnut industry and analyses the strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats faced in walnut industry by comprehensive analysis of the present agricultural development situation and the current situation of the whole social economic and cultural level of the region analysis.This paper explores the new type of agricultural development model which is supported by walnut processing industry and the walnut leisure culture industry.
