The Research On Internal Control Of Monetary Funds In Company Y

Currently,with the high growth rate of China's economy,investment in fundamental construction industry keeps stable growth rate.Since China's government is initiative "The Belt and Road" and "Public-Private Partnership" policies,construction industry facing with the great opportunity.Because of the great amount of prepayment,long-term construction cycle,long-term cash collection,and multi-location of projects,construction companies cannot conduct efficient and timely monetary funds' collection and control.In this context,this paper will discuss how to improve the internal control on management of monetary funds in order to reduce relevant risks,keep health financial status,upgrade company's competitive,and decrease operation risks.This paper applied case-study method,analyzed current internal control on monitory funds adopted by company Y.First,the paper discussed the research background and meaningfulness,literature review,research methods,content framework and innovation and weakness were stated in this part.Second,this paper introduced the basic concepts of the internal control of monetary funds and summarized the relevant theories of the internal control of monetary funds.Third,the analysis of current situation and internal control of monetary funds of company Y,including accounts management,financing management,cash flow forecast etc.last but not least,came up with some suggestions for company Y to improve its internal control on monetary funds.This paper took Company Y as an example and did in-depth analysis conclude the following conclusions:Construction companies have their own characters,in order to solve internal control on cash and cash equivalent problems,companies should not only enforce cash control,duty segregation,but also conduct accounts management,cash flow forecast,financing management,and improve internal control on cash management to avoid risk of cash and cash equivalent management.By connecting the current situation of internal control on cash and cash equivalent in construction industry with the actual measures took by company Y,this paper came up with some great suggestions to solve the popular problems in internal control on cash and cash equivalent management.
