Founded in January 1996,Z Group is a large-scale information and communication technology integration in Fujian,mainly provides telecom operators with communications technology services including communication network planning,design,construction,maintenance,optimization services.At the same time,it also provides information and communication technology services such as system integration services,intelligent building service and technology development service for government departments,public institutions,real estate enterprises,telecom operators and telecom equipment manufactures.According to the China information industry network’s estimation of the market size of China’s communication technology service,the whole market is 266.85 billion,the company took up the national market share is about 0.37%.China’s communication technology service has been promoted by the continuous growth,the rapid development of communication technology service industry has made many companies have landed capital market,taken advantage of the capital market to seek enterprise s substantial development.Z Group as an unlisted capital,in order to gain more market share,it needs to constantly improve technological innovation,and cultivates new profit.In order to survive and develop in the highly competitive market,enterprises need to make in depth analysis of their own strategic management in addition to mastering market information and the situation of competitors.This paper applies strategy management theory and method to collect relevant data of Z Group and its industry,and analyzes the development strategy and financial planning of Z Group.The article is divided into six chapters:the first,mainly introduces the basic situation of Z Group and its problem,and analyzes its industry;the second Chapter,mainly focuses on the with internal and external environment of the Z Group;the third chapter is the SWOT analyse and its strategic goals;chapter four,with the guidance of the Z Group’s overall strategy,proposes financial strategic planning.The fifth analyzes the implementation strategic measures of the company.The last chapter is the main conclusions and suggestion.In this paper,guided by the theory with practice,through the analysis and the study of the Z Group’s financial strategy,the author has a more profound experience about the financial strategy theory in the practical application of the enterprise.And the author tried to put forward her own suggestion on the Z Group’s current financial planning,hoped that through this article’s analysis to provide some reference to the company. |
