The new "nine suggestions" issued in May 9,2014 put the market value management into the national capital market top design document.After the market value management by regulators and advocacy,on the market value of the management of the capital market quickly become a hot topic,and by making a correct assessment of the market value of management,help the market main body to set up correct value management idea,impel the listed company to take reasonable and effective strategies for effective management of the market value of listed companies,to further promote the future the development and protection of the interests of investors.Taking Vanke Real Estate as a case company,two methods of comparative analysis and market value management performance evaluation system are applied to evaluate and analyze Vanke Real estate market value management.First of all,in summarizing the relevant domestic and foreign literature and the market management and on the basis of the analysis of the basic theory,the market value of the management of Vanke Real estate market value changes from two aspects and the market management strategy analysis;secondly,combined with the specific circumstances of the real estate,to modify the most authoritative the market value of management performance evaluation system,and the use of real estate Vanke from2010 to 2016 data,calculate the market value of Vanke Real estate management evaluation index over the years,according to the calculated results,respectively from the value creation,value realization and premium factors of further analysis,evaluation and management of the market value of the real estate Vanke conclusion.According to the analysis conclusion: improve the market value of Vanke Real estate management level on the whole,but there are still some problems or,such as Vanke Real estate value growth continued to decline,the value realization ability in recent years increased considerably,but the index value fluctuates greatly,it also has some problems in the management of investor relations.Leading institutional investors holdings decreased considerably in recent years.In view of the current situation of Vanke Real estate,the countermeasures and suggestions for improving market value management are given from aspects of profitability,capital operation,investor relations management and crisis public relations,respectively.
