Research On Loan Risk Control Of Small And Micro Enterprises In C Commercial Bank

With China's rapid economic development,small and micro enterprises have played a pivotal role in our national economic.However,for the majority of small and micro enterprises,access to capital is not an easy thing.In recent years,the government gives increasing attention to small and micro enterprises and encourages banks to take a positive role with loan,which will accelerate the rapid growth of small businesses.But from commercial banks point of view,banks shall make effective risk management and control in order to increase quality of assets allocation.In the meanwhile it's important financing of small enterprises plays important role in overall economic development and social stability.How to effectively control small micro-enterprise credit risk,improve credit efficiency has become an important topic of Chinese commercial banks demanding prompt solution.In the paper,the first chapter is to provide a definition of small and micro enterprises and analysis of economic importance,and illustrate the credit risk characteristics of China's commercial banks.In the second chapter,small and micro enterprise are defined and its characteristics are described in details.Meanwhile,the paper has an in-depth analysis of existing problem and its reasons during the development of small and micro enterprise loan business,in terms of the macroeconomic,policy environment,social credit system and small and micro enterprises.After that,this chapter gives a comprehensive evaluation of the bank's risk management status;then,credit risk management status and issues of commercial banks regarding to small and micro businesses are analyzed;Last,in view of the above problems,relevant solutions are provided,daily risk control is commented and recommendations are suggested.
