With the further advance of economic globalization,the communications between all countries become increasingly frequent close.The communication scope is not limited to goods,politic,economic,culture,service,information,population are gradually included the globalization category.However,with the tide of globalization,countries and regions will not change their inherent cultural habits and customs for the sake of the promotion and advance of globalization.When multinational enterprises plan to enter the target country's market,strategies to the problems caused by cultural differences have become an ordeal for multinational enterprises to face.With the rapid development of economic construction of China and Southeast Asian countries,the foundation of China-ASEAN free trade area and the proposal of “Belt and Road” development strategy,investment prospect of Chinese enterprises in Laos is very optimistic and there will be an increasingly close contact between the enterprises.Cultural conflicts risen by cultural differences are still the main problems of cross-cultural management for Chinese enterprises in Laos to face.Different from the cultural differences between China and America,Japan,Europe,the cultural differences between China and Laos are more special because of the Typicality and minority of Laos culture.Considering the cooperation prospect between China and Laos will be more broad,so I think it is more forward-looking and innovative to conduct the research from management activities of China enterprises in Laos.In this paper,the cultural differences between China and Laos are studied by the analytical methods of normative and empirical research.The stability model of cultural cooperation in cross culture management is built on the basis of cooperative game theory,and it is proposed that cultural cooperation is a dynamic process.Therefore,in the process of cross-cultural management,only through sincere cooperation between enterprises,can the business and development of both enterprises move forward in a more active direction,thus achieving mutual benefit and win-win.In addition,it is pointed out that in the process of actual operation,the cooperative game of multinational enterprises will not be in a static process due to the influence of various uncertain factors.Accordingly,the system will remain in a case where various modes coexist for a long time.
