In recent years,scientific development and technological progress have brought about earth-shaking changes in people’s lives,the rise of e-commerce in recent years has brought great convenience to people in all aspects.At the same time,the constraints of limited resources and the deterioration of the environment have also plagued people’s lives.With the concept of sustainable development and environmental protection becoming more and more popular,manufacturing industries and other related industries are paying more and more attention to the recycling of used products.Fast and efficient reverse supply chain can not only reduce the recovery cost of the enterprise,but also improve customer satisfaction.However,in view of the low degree of recyclability of recycled products,it has made it more difficult for manufacturers to recycle the recycled products,and people’s consumer demand has become more and more diverse.In this context,the concept of modular began to receive widespread attention among manufacturing companies.Modular products not only fit the customer’s demand for customization,but also increased sales and further improved customer satisfaction,Moreover,the value of reuse for the recycled modular products Also greatly improved.How to weigh the relationship between modularity,product pricing,and return strategy is the key to optimizing the supply chain.This paper introduces the concept of modularity into the design of products to study the single and dual channels supply chain.It studies the centralized decision,sequential games and simultaneous games between the upstream manufacturer and the downstream retailer.In the single-channel closed-loop supply chain,this paper will draw the manufacturer’s modularization level,the retailer’s return price,and the corresponding optimal profit in the three decision-making situations,and further study the different parameters for optimal decision-making.In the dual-channel closed-loop supply chain,manufacturers include a direct sales channel in addition to the traditional retail channels.This article will draw the manufacturer’s modularity,direct sales price,and the retailer’s sales price,return price and the corresponding optimal profit in three decision-making situations.We also studied the influence of different parameters on decision variables and sensitivity analysis.Finally,the paper analyzes and compares the related profits in single and dual channels and studies the influence of decision variables on them.Finally,it coordinates the design of revenue sharing contracts based on Nash bargaining.The research shows that under the single-channel model,the solutions obtained under the two non-cooperative decision-making are very close both the optimal modularization level and the optimal return price;the optimal modular level value obtained under the centralized decision-making is obviously lower than under non-cooperative decision-making.On the contrary,the optimal return price it obtains is obviously higher than under non-cooperative decision-making.In the dual-channel model,the value obtained under the centralized decision-making is obviously higher than the value under the non-cooperative decision-making,whether it is the optimal modularization level or the return price;Although the optimal value of the decision variable obtained under the sequential game decision-making and the simultaneous game decision-making is not as close as in the single channel,the sensitivity trend is exactly the same,and the optimal decision variable is more sensitive to the relevant parameters.
