With the rapid development of social productive forces,human not only high-tech industries have created social material wealth constantly refresh history,technological innovation of high-tech industry is constantly rewriting the human survival and way of life.Today,the human economy has entered the era of knowledge economy.With the optimized transformation of social economy,in fact,human resources,especially the fundamental human resources have become enterprise competition,talent competition is more prominent in the knowledge intensive enterprises.Therefore,how to attract,retain and motivate the talents of enterprises and make them play the most important role in the enterprise is an important topic that modern human resource management needs to discuss together.Equity incentive has the advantages of traditional compensation incentive or lack because of its specific high yield or risk sharing and benefit sharing.RD company is a high-tech enterprise located in the new third board innovation layer,which has certain operational value in the capital market.At the same time,IT server and its corresponding IT solution services are developed by its enterprise products,and its employees are almost knowledge workers,so RD company is a typical knowledge-intensive enterprise.The author through literature review method to analyze RD company status quo,through literature review and statistical methods to collect RD company operating data before and after the equity incentive enterprise benefit comparison,through the interview method summarized RD company in 2015 advantages and disadvantages of the process of the implementation of equity incentive,analyses the necessity and feasibility of the implement equity incentive;And combining the incentive theory,principal-agent theory,human resources management theory knowledge,as well as the development of equity incentive at home and abroad and our country's legal environment,redesigned the RD of the company's equity incentive plan.It is hoped that the design and implementation of the equity incentive scheme for knowledge-intensive enterprises can be used for reference and meaningful reference.
