A Study On The Performance Of Attracting Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) Investment Team In Foshan

Since the reform and opening up,industrial service industry has been rapid development in C hina,but as a developing country,China's industrial service level is still not high,and the progressive space is still very broad.In recent years,a new upsurge of foreign direct investment in industrial service industry has appeared in our country,which has greatly promo ted the development and progress of China's industrial service industry.Foshan,as a big manufacturing city in southern C hina,the industrial output value and above-scale industrial added value for several years in a row for five consecutive years,but a huge manufacturing industry upgrading and industrial services between the supply and demand has become increasingly prominent.Through the initiative to attract foreign direct investment to encourage the Foshan district and enterprises to actively introduce advanced countries and regions of industrial services,which to solve the industrial upgrading of Foshan industrial service has a very important strategic significance.Based on the above background,this article focuses on how to improve and construct the FDI investment service team of Foshan industrial service industry.Firstly,it describes the situation and effect of Foshan industrial service industry,and then analyzes the demand of Foshan industrial service investment attracting investment,and sums up the Foshan industrial services investment team in the construction of the problems: First,in the team formation,team professional and comprehensive quality to be improved,within the team management,horizontal coordination difficulties,the vertical cannot achieve overall management led to the layout of the project planning irrational;Second,in information management,There is no information to achieve the district and county information,foreign projects for foreign investors to provide incomplete information;Third,in the team management methods and system construction,the management method is not enough innovation,talent selection,introduction,training,use and related incentive system is not perfect;Fourthly,in the aspect of team motivation and performance evaluation,the performance appraisal method is irrational,which stimulates the enthusiasm of the team staff;Fifth,in the team work model,the use of traditional fixed mode of work,affecting the efficiency of investment;Sixth,in the external supporting functions of the team,do not pay attention to urban cooperation and integration of external resources,resulting in a small investment coverage.In order to solve the above problems,this paper compares the situation of domestic and foreign investment team construction and effectiveness,and draws on their effective measures to deal with the above problems.By studying the performance evaluation index system of investment team,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of attracting FDI investment team of industrial service industry in Foshan,which plays a very important role in promoting the development of foreign investment in Foshan industrial service industry.
