Design Of Financing Scheme For Small And Medium-sized Private Enterprises In China

Corporate financing decision-making is an important work throughout the life of the enterprise,the enterprise's listing and financing is an eternal proposition.Since the reform and opening up,China's private enterprises in the national economy in the growing position,but the financing problems facing it has not been properly resolved.In order to private enterprises to enter the capital market,in 2009 the successful launch of China's GEM,which is a small and medium-sized private enterprises is a gospel.How to effectively use this emerging market for enterprises to achieve the company's strategic objectives of the development of funds,is a very worthy of the majority of scholars to study the subject.After understanding the basic situation of China's capital market,the author analyzes the current financing channels and draws a conclusion that the listed financing is a relatively stable financing path in terms of financing cost and financial risk.This paper chooses a small and medium-sized private enterprise in small household electrical appliance industry as a case company,divides its listing and financing into five stages,the author thinks that the second stage listing counseling period is the key period of the success of the whole listing process,Counseling period of the listing program was the key design.And then put forward the countermeasures to solve the problems that may arise in the listing and financing of the company.After fully analyzing the risks that the company may face,the company's financial situation and profitability will make suggestions for improving the organizational structure and governance structure of the company.Through the process of analyzing and designing the case listing company,the author draws a listed financing scheme which is more in line with the actual situation,and also provides a reference for the financing of the company with the same industry in the same industry.
