Research On The Selection Of The Initial Construction Plan For The Financial Informationization Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises

With the accelerating pace of economic globalization,the company’s production and operation environment has become increasingly complex and the pressure of competition has continued to rise.SMEs are very important and huge in China’s economy.Therefore,the development of SMEs will directly affect the economic development status and development potential of our country.Since the new century,the development of information technology has been advancing with each passing day,and the degree of pervasive use of related infrastructure has continued to deepen.Small and medium-sized enterprises have also had the opportunity to use the power of informatization technology to improve their own competitiveness and make up for deficiencies and problems in human activities that are prone to human activities.To achieve a higher level of development of corporate strength,therefore,SMEs should also pay more attention to the choice of informatization construction projects.However,due to the inherent defects in the production and operation management of SMEs and the lack of funds and talents,the pace of financial information construction for SMEs is still very slow,and even gradually turned into a yoke to curb the development of SMEs.The paper adopts literature research and case study method to study the achievements of financial informatization construction at home and abroad,summarizing the development history of China’s corporate financial information construction,the characteristics of financial informationization construction of small and medium-sized enterprises,and the financial informationization of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.The type and characteristics of the construction plan were analyzed.Taking the M company that initially constructed and used the financial informationization program as an example,the basic procedures for the selection of the financial informationization program for the M company were discussed,and based on the actual situation of the M company,the needs and capabilities of the M company’s financial information construction were analyzed.The implementation plan for the financial informationization construction of M companies was proposed.Finally,this article combines the problems and problems existing in the process of financial informationization construction of M enterprises and the implementation of financial informationization programs,and puts forward the problems and countermeasures that small and medium-sized enterprises should pay attention to in the selection of financial informationization construction plans.
